The first thing when I saw it speechless. Recommended with two thumbs up. When we saw the lighting it's yellowish in colour but the pictures show green colour.
Better to arrive around 6.30pm so can see the difference of day and night. While waiting for the lights to turn on, you can see the pictures in each room. When going up the staircase do be careful not to hit your head. As usual, have to take off shoes and preference, wear pants cause the steps quite high.

This hilltop Buddhist can be accessed by walking or a short "Funicular Ride" (cost US$ 0.90). At the base of the hill is an "a added attraction--- loads of "hungry, ice cream loving" monkeys-- and places to buy ice cream etc. The views at the top of the hill provide wonderful "all round" views of Songkla-- including the Beaches and Ocean!! It is really a "MUST SEE" attraction!!!

Went and stayed in Container Hotel with my friends.
Container stay was good. Aircon was very well function, they provide basic necessity however only provide 2 breakfast for a triple room. You can add on a breakfast for $150baht. Toilet was clean but water stuck in the toilet due to the the flooring.
Hotel staff was friendly. And they also provide free shuttle from sadao custom, to and from town, around asian cultural village.
Breakfast spread was ok for the price. With glass noodles, fried rice, sunny side up, nasi lemak, toast and baked beans, porridge, hash brown, desserts and fruits, cornflakes and coco crunch, milk, coffee, tea, milo.
Animal world was cruel, as we noticed the animal there are not well kept. With ostrich's feather dropped. Buffalo that look sick. 1 dead duck spotted in the pool. We would not recommend you to pay to go in as now they having discount $100baht per entry.
Wu lin village was fun with photography but due to constant raining, we didnt manage to do much of that.
The place where they put the panda was overrated as the panda is now black and green color.
Rabbit farm was close that morning.
Dinosaur park was too pricey for a few cemented dino.
The place is good for a stop over if your next stop is somewhere up in Thailand.

Great to get some fresh air and nature. But you need a motorbike or car to drive its too massive to walk between the different areas, unless you are super super fit then it will take you all day.
Huge Buddha statues. Restaurant at bottom has good food.
But its hard to enjoy during CNY (Feb) typical CN people they go to a clean peaceful place and bring noise & smoke polution, crowds & firecrackers, avoid that time of year.

This bronze statue of a mermaid is a prominent symbol and landmark of Songkhla.
Well, we chartered a taxi for one day, it’s cost 2000B (1US=34B). The driver took us sawmill beach, open shore some shops. And there was a famous mermaid, very little. It’s about five minutes drive from there, he took us dragon Fountain, which was more impressive and good for pictures. You should drop by the dragon when you are there.

This is a very unique temple, it has futuristic and artistic design, it looks grey outside, inside the temple is colourful, a strong contra make it unique yet mystery. it builded in front of natural cave. The cave itself has several partitions each of the partition contains statues and some of the rooms also have the natural stalactites and stalagmites.
worth visiting.

Had a great time with my Cousin and Daughter. Central shopping was nice. The decor was trendy and modern. Staffs were friendly. A great place to shop. Tuk-Tuk outside the mall gave excellent service. I took one tuk-tuk at 10pm and the driver safely send the three of us back to our hotel.

Located in the "Old (China`) Town", is a wonderful/top place to explore (especially in the late afternoon and evening) when one in in Songkla!! There are many "funky" murals adorning walls of buildings as well as many interesting shops, restaurants and bars!! Lots of great "photo Opportunities"!

Magic Museum is full of amazing artifacts from the history up to now. It exhibits magic collections, antique magicians' props, stunning optical illusions, magic mirror and science magic. All the objects and documents on display are authentic and this discovery trail ends with Magic illusion show in theater, only one in Hat Yai
the price comparatively is not cheap at 400baht per pax.but the place has so many interesting pictures for us to take photos and most important they also mark indications as to where to take photo and how to pose with the background..the staff are all courteous and friendly.at the exit i paid only 50baht for a photograph of me and my hubby.if include the frame is only 200baht..very cheap souvenir to bring home.A must come attraction.
