You have to book tickets farly in advance, still in October when the climbing season is nearly ended. The cable car goes every hour, but it takes only 12 persons.
For me it was too risky to book in advane because you dont know how the weather should be. When there are some clouds, it is is totally superfluous to go up, because you will see maybe nothing except fog. In high Mountains you never know, the cloud can come and go quickly. When you can could be sure that the weather will be clear, no more tickets.
They dont like tourists in Slovakia. They rarely speaks english and not so friendly if you are a foreigner. They are mostly waiting for local people.

Wildpark was a wonderful surprise. It is a big family house (well, a mansion) with large garden. The owner must be a real fool into exotic animals as he rebuilt a good half of the house to a zoo. All the employees were young, friendly enthusiasts and professionals who passionately spoke about the animals and also let the visitors touch many of the creatures (monkeys, cockroaches, chameleons). You will see big spiders, turtles, snakes, parrots, lizards, crocodiles, frogs and more inside. Outside you can admire tigers, white lions, and servals. You can also pay the VIP entrance to see and touch even more animals and take a photo with them. I had a great experience from the place, especially to see how the people working there love their job and care for the animals. The attraction has a café, free parking and playground for children.

Lovely place to wander around and take photos. The information centre in the middle of the town square provides lots of information about the history of the old buildings. There are plaques giving further details on individual buildings and the church and bell tower are well worth visiting too. There is a little land train that runs regularly from the square into Poprad central that is fun to ride too.

Place is full of optical illusions. You can create beautiful tricky photos. Kids (and adults as well) can enjoy big mirror maze or antigravity illusions which trick your brain to believe that ball can go uphill. These illusions tries to convince your brain to stabilize in opposite direction than it should, so it's quite tricky to walk straight :-)

The golf resort Black Stork is an ideal place to get to know golf, to play golf or to organize a golf tournament. From April to October are available: professional 27-hole golf course with amazing views of the High Tatra mountain, vast practice areas (350 metres long covered driving range, 2x putting green, chipping area, 3 PAR academy) and services of PGA golf PROs.
Location is really amazing! Hotel is in a fantastic 27 holes golf course with mountain view. Rooms are comfortable with small balcony. Unfortunately moquette (carpet) floor that I don't like. I found strange in 4 stars hotel that slippers are not for free (1,5euros). Breakfast is ordinary. No scramble eggs or simple fried eggs. One detail disappointing: tables clothes were not changed from the previous night dinner! Most of the personnel is not speaking English fluently.
Regarding golf course, it was in very good conditions even at beginning of the season. Electric cars were not available (they said under repair?). Even no one was playing we found difficulties in finding a tee time.
I do believe that with a more customer orientation can be a paradise for golfers and not golfers.

We had guided tour that took 90 minutes in here. The cave is very spectacular filled with crystal clear lakes and beautiful stalagmites and stalactites. Our guide only spoke Slovak Language but we have received written leaflet in English. You will have to pay 10 Euros extra if you would like to take photos inside but it's worth it to pay it.

Getting to the cable car was well signposted and straightforward. The service was grouchy. I got greeted halfway up the mountain by another walker who told me that black girls are not welcome in Slovakia. I then decided that it was too hot to continue my hike and chose to take in the views and head down at leisure.
