Once a destination for honeymoons and family vacations, Niagara Falls has really stepped it up as an action-packed vacation spot. The falls are literally the biggest draw – watching the frothy water tumble at alarming speeds can be mesmerizing. Throw on a poncho and hop aboard the Maid of the Mist to cruise close enough to the falls to be drenched by spray. Hit the main strip of Clifton Hill for flashy tourist attractions and restaurants galore.

Three magnificent falls, two American and one Canadian, mark the point at which the Niagara River rumbles over the Niagara Escarpment.
Always a Treat and a Wonder to see whenever we visit the region. It is always a different experience in each of the 4 seasons. The lights at night are fun to see as well. The power of nature at its best!

This site is truly one to behold. The volume of the water travelling over the falls coupled with the thunderous sound may leave you dizzy. It will certainly fascinate you. Prepare to get wet from the mist caused by the water hitting the river and rocks below the falls. It is very busy with tourists.
Try to plan your trip so as to see the lightshow and fireworks at night, you will not be disappointed

Even at this time of year (November) the drive along Niagara Parkway was wonderful. A picturesque alternative route to the QEW between Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls but a little slower! The sights are worth the extra time taken to get there.

Brilliant place to spend a couple of hours. Got it as part of the great value discount ticket for several attractions and it’s well worth the journey out on the bus.

This park is right next to the two Waterfalls in Niagara Falls. It makes the surroundings looking way more attractive. Many do enjoy the flowers and some even rest on the grass while watching the flowers and trees. Some of these trees are perfect to sit on it.
No matter where we go in this vicinity, we enjoy those flowers.
It's worthwhile to see this beauty!

The Gardens are amazingly beautiful at Christmas time. The indoors are filled with poinsettias and cacti and exotics. Outside is a child's dream - there are giant "birdhouses" and giant "dollhouses" and a Lilliputian village around a pond with a train. It's cute!

Decent price to ride it, great view of the Falls and the Midway. Worth the ticket price and something everyone should do while here. Each car will hold about 6, depending on the size of the people in the party. 6 adults might be a...MoreHi cjmstone100, Thanks for the lovely review. :) We hope to see you again! We ended up walking much more than we had planned because the bus schedules weren't very clear. It was also hard to tell which bus was which and where it was going to drop off.

A good place to start your Niagara vacation. Suggest getting here first once you arrive at Niagara Falls, to explore all the ticket & package options, get maps and plan your stay. Apart from being closer to the Horse Shoe falls, the journey behind the falls and Niagara Fury attractions are right in this welcome center. There are quite a few places to eat and shop souvenirs.
