Morjim is a Census Town in Pernem, Goa, India; it is situated on the northern bank of the Chapora River estuary. It is home to a variety of birds and is a nesting site for Olive ridley sea turtles. Everytime we come to Goa we choose to go with Konkan Explorers and it's never been a repetitive experience. Had a wonderful morning with friends and family. From Canada, I like my quiet spaces. Found lovely Copper Red beach villa and never left for two glorious weeks. Sunrise stretches and yoga meditation on deserted beach, mid day inexpensive fish curry lunch at The Nest Jenny's kitchen, a locally run back street daytime eatery, late afternoon back for sunset swim in cool clean waters. Watch out for the strong current and fast tides. The beach is patrolled and cleaned everyday. The Turtle Preservation Society are trying to keep the population of eggs safe but because of the ground shaking due to the life guards jeep going up and down nearby. According to the preservation officer, sands shift causing a clay buildup and the baby turtles can't break through. He further said, this is not being addressed by top officials on government levels. We were both saddened. Overall, if you are into partying, you can enjoy the beach bar restaurants with wooden sunbeds under the bamboo roofs. Or walk to the quieter areas on rather end for yoga or Reading a book undisturbed on the clean sands. Only 3 peddlers on the wheel beach selling sarongs and necklaces. Watch your food plates as the free range cows amble by for munchies!! Good beach for middle aged folk who want a rest from the hectic part of India.

Great stay overnight in the beach huts, food was amazing for a shack. Highly recommend the baby shark.
Clean & tidy, good standard of hut for Goa, but realistically be prepared to go without comforts such as air conditioning ect.
Remember your there for the experience of watching the sun go down, chilling out, and beautiful scenes, not for 5* accommodation.
If your not prepared to rough it and just use hut as a base it's not for you.
Will definitely recommend and return again for those who don't overthink things.

Rasovai is a lovely training center in North Goa. I learned several kinds of deep tissue and Ayurvedic massages there, and my clients have been very happy and thankful for the results and benefits that they are experiencing through these massage techniques.
The teachers at Rasovai have a deep comprehension of their craft, and it is their passion to share it with others.
The location is nice and green, and situated closely to the beach and several restaurants.
I have had the chance to meet many nice and interesting people during the times when I was taking training there, so in every way my time at Rasovai has been a very enriching experience.
I also find the prices for their trainings extremely affordable compared to many other training centers. The teachings are of high standard and you definitely get value for your money!
I also took several ayurvedic treatments there, especially shirodhara and pottali have been my favourites and are deeply relaxing, energising and rejuvenating therapies. I miss it!! They too are offered at a very good price in this center.
All in all I highly recommend a visit to Rasovai... for the interesting trainings, the great teachers and people you meet there in a green location, or even just for a rejuvenating massage or ayurvedic treatment.

This was first time fishing for my grand children and they really enjoyed it. We went fishing in the Morjim Chopdem area on a boat and it was pretty amazing.I would definitely advise tourists to try this place out.
