I myself is a Japanese.
It took a while to find the caretaker keeping the key for the gate.
This is a battle field of Japanese army and British army during WWII.
Too sad, both army had Indian soldiers.
The monument itself doesn't have significance I suppose.
But the history, lives of soldiers sacrificed here are unforgettable.
This is a place to wish the world peace.
