The gorges du loup are beautiful. Half day trip from the coast on small winding roads. Ancient villages like Gourdon underway. The Waterfalls are spectacular and worth a visit. Find a nice place to go down to the river and enjoy the clear waters.

Musee du Parfum Fragonard

Good Tour, many languages spoken by very well informed guides. Lots of groups and didnt have to wait long for an English speaking guide before we started the tour. History played a big part of the tour and the original layout and equipment can be seen as you pass through different parts. The smells are truly mind blowing. And if your sensory input can handle the stimuli you can encounter the purest forms and some of the most expensive and unique in the world. As a student at the local Candle Academy i was discovering the perfumes for later choices. However it was more like a day out exploring than a lesson. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the region. Bring a form of payment as the Perfume shop at the end of the tour has some truly unique offerings. If your looking for a Birthday or Xmas Present it would be perfect to pick up from the House Of Fragonard.

The outside isn't anything too spectacular and form he photos in here I was super excited to check out the inside but he front doors were locked? There was a big tour out in front and they didn't go inside either, I came around 11am on a Saturday.. not sure when the hours are. But across from it there is a beautiful view overlooking the city! I would check to see visiting hours before coming here, would have been cool to see inside!

Musee International de la Parfumerie

Created in 1989, this one-of-a-kind museum is situated in the symbolic City of Grasse, the cradle of the luxury perfume trade which began in France. Dedicated to one of the most prestigious traditional French businesses, the International Perfume Museum, a public institution awarded by the > label, is devoted to safeguarding and promoting the international heritage of scents, aromas and perfumes. Museum visitors will also discover the unique history of the great perfume Houses and producers. Bearing witness to the international technical, aesthetic, social and cultural history of the tradition of using scents, the museum covers every aspect of the history of fragrance through an anthropological approach including raw materials, manufacture, industry, innovation, business, design, and customs -through very diverse forms- decorative arts, textiles, archaeological finds and unique industrial items

Really disappointed. Some nice flowers and things to smell. No tours. No explanation to how perfume was developed or how perfumes are made. People who worked in gift shop were more interested in talking with one another than helping prospective customers, i.e., worthless. Parking is easy.

Fragonard is not that interesting. The tour is kind of dull and short, and the museum lacks audio guide or a guided tour.

Visited this attraction in Mid August 2013 with 4 teenagers raging in age from 19 to 13. Also ranging in confidence levels from thinking they were Indiana Jones to careful and cautious.
The park had 5 levels of adventure available from the very easy to most difficult.
Lots of Zip lines.
All set in an amazingly beautiful setting with stunning views.
It was difficult to find. We had the address and used Sat Nav, but even the Sat Nav struggled, we ended up going to the Tourist Office in Grasse for further directions. The company really needs to put their GPS on the website.
There is no food outlet. All the local people knew this and came prepared with picnics and cool boxes. We did not know this and were unprepared. Thankfully they did sell drinks.

Domaine de La Royrie

LA ROYRIE is an olive grove in Grasse, France – the world capital of perfume founded in the 15th century, producing the most beautiful form of the olive: the quintessential perfect oil, one of the best European oil, produced in a fantastic organic garden. Monique and Lionel Brault decided to better inform the consumer through visits of the olive grove and training sessions: information, comparisons and olive oil tastings. The visits are made by the owner in French and English, only on reservation call before

My family and I spent one morning of our European vacation with Lionel, at his peaceful olive grove in Grasse. This was a lovely visit with Lionel explaining and showing us how he restored the abandoned grove, uses only organic farming methods and now produces one of the best olive oils in the region. In addition to olive trees and oil production, we got a sense of how the original monks and caretakers lived when the grove was originally created. Besides olive oil, Lionel's wife creates sauces, jams, & marmalades with fruits and vegetables grown on their property. If you want to get a sense of how a real, artisianal producer operates, this is a must visit.
