According to the monastery website (which is otherwise great), there should be a special tour with custumed guide at 10 a.m. We had a regular guide instead. The guide knew quite much, but has told us rather less. The library, church and especially refectory has breath-taking interiors. Adjacent monastery Gardens (free of charge) has been nicely renovated recently. It's a pity that due to EU regulations visitors won't be allowed to see newly renovated interiors (thanks to EU funds) in next 5 years. Together with a ticket, you will receive several discounts to monastery café and other tourist attractions in region, which is a great idea.

Nature at its finest. A flat top mountain, where large in size rock platform has carved maze inside, with all sorts of passages between fantastic rock formations, all on three levels. Access from Karłów (many car parks, all paid, filling up quickly in season) or from Pasterka (car park in forest, good for day stay, don't leave your car overnight - managers from the hut on Szczeliniec put up a warning, that car left there might be a subject of bulglary). From both mentioned villages path leads to the foot of Szczeliniec, than there's only one path to the hut on Szczeliniec, with superb views from about three viewing platforms. Surprisigly many people finish they trips here - maybe because top part of Szczeliniec is accessible with ticket only. Entrance behind the hut. The real labirynth starts from there. About an hour of walking on quite narrow paths between the rocks. Great views from many places. Viewing platform of Fotel Pradziada - highest peak on Szczeliniec, also highest in Góry Stołowe (Table Mountains). Way down on very steep metals stairs. Absolutely must see.

We had a family weekend down south of Poland with couple of friends too and we decided to go for a short trip to see Teplicke Skaly (Rock City). It was 45 min. ride from the place we stayed.
It's easy to get there with GPS. Plenty of parking space but be aware that it was first weekend of September so not quite peak of summer season.
Family admission is 170Kč. There is beautiful pond/lake just in front of the entrance. Unfortunately - swimming is not allowed. Shame, because it was hot as hell!
You walking along clearly marked path. Views are amazing! There are some steep walk inns and walk downs but not many. I was with my kids 8 and 10 and they made it .
We spend there c.a. 3 hours. There is restaurant where you can have cold one and simple meal. You need to be prepared to pay 100Kč/person/meal.
I recommend to exchange PLN or EUR to Kč before you get to Adrspach, because difference is huge!

Osówka is the biggest of the three accessible sites of the Riese Project (= "giant" in German). It has a variety of tours, e.g.: for children, standard, extreme. The extreme tour was the one we chose. It was great fun. Apart from getting to know the history of the place, you have to get through the flooded tunnels in darkness!
Everyone will find something nice for themselves here. :-)
TIP1: take hiking boots with you.
TIP2: there are also above the ground facilities.

We visited the center on 7/25/17 to shoot there at the shooting range. it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and gave a good instruction. The resort is very good and it was a lot of fun. The family could watch through a glass. We will come back in any case. After the shoot we were still eating something in the restaurant, which was very good too. Thank you for that experience

Visited here in late May. Saying WOW doesn't described these absolutely stunning and mind blowing sandstone formations. We were part of a very small tour group. Our tour guide described different formations, names etc and led us through very good walkways to Waterfalls, through narrow passages, up and down some VERY steep steps (be warned!). Apparently some of the Narnia films were filmed here? So glad we were able to visit this place, probably if we hadn't been on this tour we would never have had the chance to enjoy such beauty. Highly recommended.

Muzeum jsme navštívili dnes s manželem. Oběma se nám velice líbilo! Úplný ráj pro malé i velké "děti". Nejlepší bylo ocelové město.

This is one of the oldest medieval wooden churches. It is situated at the cemeterery, not far away from the centre of Broumov. it is a small chuirch - well preserved and really beautiful. You can learn a lot about the history of this area here. You have to pay a small fee but it is well worth the visit!

Located right at Poland/Czechia border - still on Polish side. Accessible by foot - some steep ascents on the way, it takes few hours to walk there. There is an option for cars available, with new big carpark (charge) at the footsteps of the labyrinth with some refreshments and hot food on sale. But because of the access road being very narrow there's one way traffic only, so every hour at an full hour all cars go one way, at half past the other direction is available. The entrance is situated at the south end of the labyrinth, with little kiosk selling entry tickets, and also maps, guide books and souvenirs. Round walk through Błędne Skały (Errant Rocks) takes about 40 minutes, and is wet and slippery in many places, with plenty of puddles, so waterresistant shoes are good idea. After negotiating all narrow passes and deep corridors you leave labyrinth at the north end, than walk back to the south entrance by new path bypassing massif from the west. Great views from the highest point, mainly towards Czech side.
