My work colleagues always bring me here for a meal because it is one of my favorites. There is a reason you often have to wait for a fee table to be seated- fresh high quality ingredients, classic preparation, and polite service. Here's my suggested menu: sautéed string beans with minced pork to start, truffle and pork XiaoLongBao (their signature and most famous dish), steamed chicken soup, and steamed red bean XiaoLongBao for dessert. Don't forget to stop by the kitchen window to watch the chefs impart at least 18 folds to each XiaoLongBao dumpling.

This restaurant is truly a blessing. My friends and I decided to have dinner here after watching a film at Big City. The various plates of rice, the naan, and the numerous curries were all delicious. Although you will have to wait for your meal, the food is certainly worth it. Honestly, I'd rather wait a while for great quality food than receive sub-par food in a short amount of time. The service was fantastic. We were always attended to and the waitress ensured that our glasses of water never remained empty for long. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving Indian cuisine in Hsinchu City.

This was my second trip to Taiwan, Ate here the first time I was there. On this recent trip we ate there 3 nights in a row. Classy place, food was fantastic service excellent. Great variety of food. If you want a GREAT chef ask for Susan!! We can't say enough about this place and can not wait for the next trip. They are so far superior to any of the other Teppanyaki restaurants around!!!!!!!!

Every time I visit family in Hsinchu they insist on going to afternoon tea which is afternoon buffet. I have never visited the one in Fleur Lis. The hotel itself looks very nice and fancy, but the buffet disappoints compared to the other buffets I've tried in Hsinchu.
Food selection was very limited and the quality was just ok. They did have a very small sushi bar but not a lot of fish. I would not come back here again.

I went to Duan Chun Zhen on back-to-back days, after my colleagues found out that Beef Noodle is one of my favorites. Tried their beef noodle on the first day and chicken noodle on the next day. Both were pretty delicious. Also like the side dishes, esp. the cabbage and duck gizzards.

This is the best duck restaurant I ever been. It is a smoked duck and the business is so good that we still need to wait and share a table around 2 pm. The most famous dish is the duck meat rice. We had several dishes (oyster omelette and few other Taiwanese food) in nearby famous "Temple" place. Thus we only tried the boneless duck meat. Additionally, I had one to go because it is my mom's favorite.
