We went to Flor de Sal for a Saturday night dinner. First, the décor of the place is so rich, it takes you a few minutes to take in everything: it's quaint and rustic, but very natural. Then, the menu showed us a lot of excellent options, and the problem was choosing between them: I went for the brased tuna with vegetables, and everything was really tasty. Please save some appetite to try the desserts: the "Vaso de Flores", besides being so well though out visually, is delicious! I'll definitely go back, and try some other dishes! Also, congratulations for the staff: really helpful and very welcoming.

Small place but very well decorated. Tradicional meals and cakes. Near other services and shops. They open early. You can have a cheap but good meal there. They have menus at a great price.

Went there two evenings as we had an event near by. Both nights the food was of excellent quality, traditional Portuguese cuisine, I had my favourite polvo à lagareiro both nice tough tried some other dishes from other participants and all was fabulous. Don't know any other restaurants at Torres Vedras, but this one was definitely good choice.

This was a family dinner, so the 5 of us ordered different things and were able to taste some of the other dishes, which was great.:) I had the duck magret, with all of its sides: the lemon sauce, the drunk pear sauce, the chutney,...MoreWe thank you very much for your kindly visit and great evaluation. It was a pleasure welcoming you. See you soon, André Pinto Alves.

We were ushered to our table with the waitress barely saying a word, certainly not acknowledging my "boa noite". She came to take our order but halfway through she left (again without a word) to go and get a pen and paper. My companion speaks Portuguese so this wasn't the reason. To start we had melão e presunto. Unfortunately the melon was green and not yet ripe or sweet and the presunto was clearly from a packet. I'd expect more for an €8 dish. We also had ovos mexidos com farinheira e espargos. This was very tasty. She recommended the bacalhau à casa which was wonderfully cooked but served with Mountains of mash potato and with a strange mayonnaise based sauce. There were two small prawns mixed in with the sauce. My partner had a steak which was wonderful. Overall, some warmer hospitality and a reassessment of the menu is my recommendation.

A real true finding! If you are craving for exquisite seafood this is the place to go! The service is warm and friendly, we left with a bottle of wine offered by the owner! It was well worth the drive from Torres Novas to the village of Pé de Cão where the restaurant is located. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I can’t fault this place, the owner is in the dining room and his wife in the open kitchen, I ate 3 out of 4 lunches here and have never been disappointed. They have 2 daily dishes which you have to order as they are always so good. The desserts are also very good, great value for money. The service is also very nice and the place is lovely and decorated very nice. You won’t leave hungry.
