The holy city of Tirupati draws tourists and religious pilgrims alike, who flock to the Ancient Lord Venkateswara Temple, known for its elaborate Dravidian style and gold-plated cupola. Prayers are offered daily at this popular temple, which sits high in the Tirumala hills. Several other temples dot the town, and the lush countryside contains numerous waterfalls. Tirupati is also home to a rare, naturally-occurring pre-Jurassic stone arch that is 25 feet long and 10 feet high, one of only three of these geological features in the world.

While coming back, had dinner kind of at Vanam resto (right opp. to Zoo (Thirumala)
The resto have put enough sign boards to draw your attention to stop there.
Landmark is very good, it is right opposite to Zoo
The food was good, since it was 5PM IST, so not much options to eat. Roti/Dal/Fried rice.
The quantity of Fried Rice was good and was sufficient to send filling signal by stomach nerves.
20Rs for one tawa roti. (Isn't that little on high side)
Yellow Dal bowl was 40Rs (sounds reasonable)
and Fried rice was 95Rs. (souds reasonable)
Dal was good in taste. They had mixed Palak (spinach) in the dal, that was adding a good taste to a yellow dal even.
So, we ordered dal twice. :)
Restaurant ambiance is also pretty decent with open parking space and play area for kids
Rest rooms were dry and clean.
The serving staff was very polite and cheerful.
the bill was around 400 INR for 4 persons
Overall:
One can stop at this place to have food.
Serves on VEG food.

I was very disappointed about the quality of service and drinks. A long island iced tea tasted like just tea! And the food was only okay. Working on the ambience a little bit may work too as I felt like being in a proper restaurant and not a bar.

Renovated bharani restaurant serves excellent Andhra full meals. Thali is charged Rs.150 plus tax. The items are very delicious specially Andhra curries. Sambar, pappu and rasam are also very tasty. Value for money. Best vegetarian thali for those who love Andhra food. Ambience is also good. Clean and hygienic

I was staying in the hotel and decided to drop in at Neptune Bar for a couple of drinks before dinner. The ambiance was fairly nice though the airconditioning was a bit extreme. Unfortunately the lethargic service ensured that I had only one drink !
My first three choices were on the menu but not in stock. The Pina Colada that I finally settled for turned out to be a very well mixed cocktail. Unfortunately it came a nearly half and hour after my order and, s enjoyable as the drink was, I had to skip the second one.
