Accomodation was good, but the personal behaviour to our group was really "fascinating". Two friend (couple) come for dinner to this Gasthof and after 10pm they were throwed out beaucouse of??? we didn't know, they spend money there of eating food and beverages...but they coul'd not stay with us after dinner. We could stay there in "living" room but they not.
The breakfast was too low for standart accomodation. And fewtime the owner was drunk and rude!
Also after silvester they told us we were terrible group. Nobody from our group was drunk even do any bad things, beaucouse we woud like to wake up early morning and go to the hills...

We had been on a tour bus (Smart Tours) traveling from Lucerne to Innsbruck and needed to stop for some lunch. What a great place, something for everyone.
Once our bus dropped us of, almost everyone on the bus needed to use the facilities. Have your $0.50 (euros) ready before you enter. You get a receipt which you can then apply to you meal. There are lots of interesting choices at reasonable prices.
I went for the large bowl of Goulash, ($4.90) which was really good. Thick, and full of meat and veggies. My wife had a nice sized cheese, tomato and lettuce Sandwich ($3.90). A coke was $3.50. We shared a delicious piece of cake, worth every penny ($3.50). There are actually a few places in this building where you can get something to eat.
Nice and clean, enjoy!

We tried having lunch here for a taste of some american food and a stop over after doing some white water rafting. We had burgers a steak and some curly fries. We enjoyed the curly fries but we have to dig in and remove a lot of garnishings on the burger to get to taste the patty and enjoy the burgers. Burgers are average and a bit pricey 10+ euros each without the side orders. The ambiance is great and I would say that the food may appeal to some.

I've never heard about this restaurant before but a friend of mine already ate here and recommended the place. It looks quite cool from the outside. As we were here in December, the Terrace was closed but I'm sure it's quite nice sitting outside as well. I personally really liked the style and how it was built inside. The motorbikes, the lights, the bar - the whole atmosphere was very nice. To my astonishment, there was still a smoking and non-smoking area. After sitting down, we were promptly served and the waitress took our order. The menu is quite extensive - from burgers, to salads, midday menu, meat, fish. I went for Spätzle with vegetables, my friend for the same option just with meat and my other friend for the meat on a stick. All was very well presented and looked very delicious. Only downside - it was way too much! As 2 dishes were served with a salad as well, we did not manage to finish our plates. So you have to be a good eater to come here :-)
All in all, I would recommend this place! It's a cool style, very polite staff, delicious food, good choice and the atmosphere is good. It's a bit expensive but worth it for a visit.

We ate in here the first evening we were in Imst. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service was first class. The fact that they also spoke English and had an English menu just made everything so much easier. It wasn't the only time we ate there, due to the fine time we had the first time we were there.

The ice cream you get is home made and not factory made. This is the real stuff. I drive 55 kM to have one ice cream here.

Through TripAdvisor, we went out of our way to the restaurant and found it nicely decorated and the hostess is very friendly and welcoming. And the food was fresh and AWESOME. Very tasty and creative. I strongly recommend the fish which was very fresh, flavorful and TASTY. It is absolutely the best eating place in Imst.

We went in a group of 10 and were given a table in the corner. It was a very cosy and typical Austria chalet feel. The host greeted us as old friends and spoke good English.
Food was outstanding and every one of our group had an excellent meal without exception.
Host kept the water topped up and even gave us complimentary snapps.

The food is really good, the have an extra seasonal menu with great specials.
The staff is friendly and the facilities a really nice. the different "stuben" offer a nice location for private celebrations (for different numbers of people).
they have a nice lunch menu for a nice price - but it is very busy and the staff is a bit chaotic.
i can highly recommend this place for lunch or for any casual occasion.

Actually, it's the only real 'Raststätte' on our way through Austria, so my references are similar places in Germany.
Parking facilities are good (that's the beginning) and close to the entrance.
Toilets are spotlessly clean.
The shop is overpriced, but that's a fact in all these places.
Drinks and food ar quite good.
Tha value for money is (compared to similar places) good.
Staff in general is friendly.
