Called in for lunch, on basis of reviews. Wasn't disappointed, the owner was really friendly and gave my two children wet clothes as they were both suffering from the heat. We had the lamb chops and chicken shish kebabs. Very tasty. A good choice.

This restaurant is way overrated. The patio was nice but we were bothered by bees and relentless strayed cats begging for food. The cats jumped on to the table and played with the cutlery and the waiters didn't stop them nor did they replace the cutlery. Later on we saw other customers used the dirty cutlery.
The waiters did not speak a word of English and we tried pointing at the pictures on the menu but they still couldn't understand. It was very frustrating. We ordered the assorted local appetizer which was supposed to have 7 appetizers but they gave us yogurt, seaweed and yogurt mixed with seaweed as 3 of the 7! This was absolutely ridiculous!
We wouldn't recommend the mixed grill either. The meat and kebab was dry. The only main course that was acceptable was the steel pan roasted chicken. The dessert was quite disappointing. We waited for half an hour and they served us an over-baked kunefe. I took one bite and I was done with it.

We picked our fish and then they cooked them perfectly. Their salads were fresh and delicious and they have the most amazing chocolate souffles. The fish was cooked to perfection. They served us toasted bread to dip in olive oil and it was so good. It was our last big dinner in Turkey and it was the perfect ending for a perfect trip.

It is the perfect place to study, meet with friends, conduct a business meeting or just relax outside enjoying the shaded outdoor environment.EASY TO FIND : 100m. After the Ephesus Museum right beside the pedestrian bridge.
Stumbled upon this cafe after viewing the St. John's Basicllica ruins just up the hill on a very hot day. Originally planned to just get some shade and a cold drink, but the menu looked good so we had an early lunch. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meals. The chicken salad and Roschti were delicious, and a nice change after a week of kofte and kebabs. :) The service was friendly and we took advantage of the wifi.

Our company works together as a family restaurant Kurdish brothers 4 boys and 2 girls was established in March 1994 continues today is over 20 years of great service in our kitchen Mr. and Mrs.shef which continued until late in groups of fish vegetarian mezze, kebabs Adun warm bread in the oven cooks in particular foreign language, there is no problem, . dutch english french95% of our customers come back to us this is our guarantee thank you
A number of tour groups routinely dine here; the cuisine is consistent and the location is easy to find in the center of town. The owner is very nice and friendly as well, and the restaurant has long been established here.
I found the actual quality of the food very ordinary, however. When you've dined for a while in Turkey, you discover how great the food is, so you'll likely rate this much higher if visiting here during your first few days. We had been in Turkey a bit less than 2 weeks, so it's really an average venue at best. I had chicken kebap that was pretty bland and not especially moist, so I would look for other restaurants instead.

Set on the square at the Byzantine Aquaduct, sits this lovely restaurant. We were sat next to the beautiful Fountain which made it a amazing summer dining experience. This restaurant serves sort of Fusion cuisine - from the name Wallabies - I believe it is Australian influence.
We ordered the Mantar Dolma (Stuffed Mushrooms) for 10TL. It was grilled mushrooms filled with finely chopped onions, garlic and parsley butter and topped with cheese. It was very juicy and delicious.
For mains we had the Krepli Tavuk Sarmasi (Chicken Crepe - 20TL) and Cupra (Sea Bream - 25TL). The crepe was filled with chicken pieces, mushrooms, some herbs and spices, creamy tomato sauce and was topped (more like drown) in bechemal sauce. It was served with salad, rice and french fries. The fish on the other hand was charcoal grilled and served with salad. Both dishes were so delicious and for a change from the traditional Turkish dining.
Overally, it was a fantastic dining experience.

For lunch, we drove to Șirince Köyȕ, a hillside town that was clearly a popular spot for a Sunday with the family for Turks. Shops selling handmade lace, small glazed pots and bowls, tiles and other inexpensive souvenirs lined the winding lanes. Our guide had made Reservations for us at the Ocakbaʂi, a restaurant two-thirds of the way up a hill, where we sat at a long table on a covered Terrace and ate family style. The food was delicious. Some of the dishes, such as stuffed squash blossoms, were new to us; others, such as the köfte and the stuffed grape leaves, were simply delectable examples of Turkish food we had sampled before.
The food was friendly, professional and efficient.

We'd been to the restaurant earlier this year in April, and didn't think it possible to improve on the experience. Wow - at least 35 dishes, sweet and savoury, delighted us. The advantage of the restaurant is that it is (only slightly) off the main thoroughfare - so not bothered by passing foot traffic. Quiet, peaceful - and thoroughly delicious. We've come out twice for breakfast this time - I wonder, will we make it 3 times before the end of the holiday ?
