Small restaurant in the hills above Schio, located in a very panoramic position,
The food is typical Venetian and even international, jet cured, light and refined.
Open only for dinner. Closed on Tuesday.
I was truly disappointed with my entire experience at this little family run restaurant. Despite the trendy fotos and cool website, this restaurant FAILED on every level. The menu is seasonal italian flare with no creativity, innovation or flare. The food was very bland, missing salt, had a very messy appearance and the bread was at least two days old! Worse bread I've ever had at a restaurant. Course after course our table was left uncleared and we continually had to ask for water, forks, knives. We felt totally unattended to and forgotten although there were only two other tables dining. If you are a true restaurant lover or frequent diner, you will be very disappointed in this place. There is nothing special about this place. Stay away. Go to your local trattoria or McDonald's instead.

Traditional food and kind people. I was there during the Xmas vacations and due to other activities we were extremely late for lunch. They were very helpful waiting for us until 3 pm. extremely large table of traditional and superb Italian and local starters (help yourself style).
We had the famous Baccala alla Vicentina with Polenta which was great.
The lady offered us also a variety o dessert and the most appreciated was the home made icecream (I had Pistacchi someone else Vanilla/cream) with warm red fruits. extremily good.

Surrounded by the enchanted landscape of the Alpine foothills on Monte Summano, between the scented woods and the clean air, you'll find our restaurant Trattoria all'Angelo. Continue for 2 km on the road that begins in front of City Hall the "Municipio" of Piovene, passing through the Via Crucis, arriving at this gracious mountain chalet, where you'll find a soothing and warm welcome. Chef Mauro Canaglia, together with his wife Bari welcome you and extend their hospitality with a light cuisine made from simple ingredients and captivating pairing of wines, where extra virgin olive oil is the main condiment. The menù, also in English, with Fish, Meat, Vegetarian or Vegan dishes, are creatively interpreted with seasonal products. An assortment of Italian or French cheeses, a wine cellar offering a selection of over 160 domestic and international wines as well as an interesting after dinner cordial cart tempting your senses. Two dining rooms decorated with interesting English prints and during the winter season warmed by wood burning ceramic stoves. The first one, near the entrance, seats 30 guests, the second, more reserved, 20. For banquets and ceramonies we can accomodate up to 60 guests. Special attention is giving to our little guests. For which Mauro and Bari have made available a fun-coloring children's menù complete with crayons, books and toys.
One of the things I love most about living in Italy is the way they do Easter lunch/dinner. And having ours here was one of the best experiences I have had in Italy. A must for anyone. A seven course meal. We started at 1230...MoreWhat a pleasure it was having you two as our guests. We are looking forward to seeing you at other events in the nea future.

I have tried several meals at this place. They aways have different offer for every day and although they did not have menu in english, stuff have always provided a translation for me.
Moreover the service was compare to other places very quick and everything I have tried was tasty and not very expensive.

Simply put, this place is a rare gem! Belvedere offers superb food matched in quality by spectacular modern design. Nestled in the Mountains of Schio, a Terrace and two walls of windows provide breathtaking views of the valley below. Each dish is lovingly prepared with true artistry and passion. Between the fabulous food and sleek surroundings, its like dining in Paradise!

I ate a meal out with my Italian supplier last week for the umpteenth time and this Pizzeria is without doubt a firm favourite of mine and has been for 15 years plus. It really is consistently good with the same staff over all the years and it has a tie in with Osteria Moderna in Zane. It's a truly nice place, the food is always very good and the atmosphere is very nice always. Good beer, wine and food and very nice friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable although in all honesty, I never pay but I do see the pricing on the menu and it's very reasonable considering the quality of everything there. The only thing you may struggle with is the parking outside as it's usually quite busy, especially at weekends.

First time in town for a piano concert and was delighted to find this excellent, elegant, cosy place. The service was impeccable and the staff extremely courteous. Everything I had was fingerlicking good and presented beautifully. The cocoa tagliatelle with lamb ragù and fresh peas was to die for - too bad I ordered just a half portion! The meat and the veggies top quality and the polenta just like home made. Highly recommend it.

The Restaurant From Beppino differs according to the seasons, but we remain tied to the roots of the most authentic tradition of Vicenza's cuisine.
My first visit to this restaurant, but hope to return. The food is very high quality fare provided from the region, so is fresh, with flavour particular to the area. Service was quiet and excellent, and the restoration of the building very tastefully carried out.

We Are Open Every Day
Don't get fooled by Tripadvisor's Certificate of Excellence, this is a basic Trattoria/sort of fancy restaurant wannabe. Dishes are ordinary, and ambiance is traditional. If you are lucky to go in a not crowded night, it might happen that your steak or "tagliata" is cooked to order and taste right, otherwise forget it! and don't even think of complaining, service here is the worse part of the dinner. The eldest waitress is really not suitable for this job. There is a lot to tell about the bad service but I want to spare you this pain. These people are really not trained to deal with customers, now I can accept it at a pizzeria but here, a place where you pay 63 Eur with 1 antipasto, 2 tagliate S.Martino, and 2 lemon sorbetto, 1lt water, 1lt tap wine. And by the way the sorbetto was 4 eur by itself (each)!

Love this restaurant, high quality food, great location with a stunning view and very good service, like a family. You must try the typical "bruschetta" and... don't skip the beans, a special gourmet from the house. Enjoy!
