Welcome to Vivace. Our Suburban Italian restaurant (established in 2004) has a very classy and warm atmosphere, with soft and intimate lighting. Professional staff members are knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and offer a non-intrusive level of service at all times. The tantalising menu ranges from fresh seafood to quality meat, with specials that change daily to keep regular diners happy.
Fabulous food, great service as always. These guys never let their standards fall. Which probably explains why they were almost packed out on a Tuesday evening!Thank you! We are happy you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to welcoming you back to Vivace soon.

Entree. Chilli squid - Charcoal prawns. Both excellent.
Mains. Lobster mornay excellent. - Surf and turf. All excellent except steak. A nice piece of steak served almost raw. Menu says "medium" still blue in the middle. Rare at the most.
Desert. Fig with icecream- excellent.
Wine list is limited. Suggest bring your own, if you want a particular wine.
Overall a very good place to dine.

Recently we went back Again to Humble House & were a tad disappointed @ how we were treated.
Admittedly we arrived 25 minutes early for our booking & were treated very poorly indeed.
After waiting @ the front door for 12 minutes - we were seated @ a nice table.
Ordered our drinks & checked their menu & ordered our meals including a serving of Roti Bread.
7 minutes later our Main courses arrived including the Roti Bread.
We had expected the Roti Bread to come before our Main Course & when I raised this issue with the one of the senior staff - was told "that is how we do it here".
Our good was fine.
Service just so so.
There appeared a lot of focus on take away customers.
We had finished our meals - paid our bill & left the Restuarant 44 minutes after we first arrived.
Our return to Humble House was a major disappointment & would not recommend to other friends

Been coming here for years, food, service and staff always consistently good. Great Pizzas from the Woodfired oven and plenary of pastas and other options.

We were seeking a relaxed and informal place to dine and ran across Theo's not far from the Sandringham Hotel. The staff were very good - friendly and helpful. The wine list is not big but we found a nice red. Meals were good but note that the seafood platter for two is big enough for four. Excellent seafood too.
It's a little cramped but that didn't really affect us. Just a very good place for a relaxed meal.

101 year old former Manchester store converted into a cozy pub.We have our own Beer on tap also Taxi 2 brothers,Erdinger,Budvar and Gypsy pear cider, great range of wines well priced for your enjoyment.our food is based aroung good pub fare with some indian /asian dishes. We cater for gluten free & vegans.
Stopped at this pub (with a cosy fire in the restaurant) for a drink and a quick meal after a walk along the shoreline. Pizza and pan fried fish with one red wine and one imported apple cider. Scruffy but friendly wait-staff. Pub-style food: keep it simple. Close to beachfront and train station. Bill just under $60.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to enjoy a wine or cocktail on the deck, or a romantic setting to indulge in a more traditional dining experience, Sandringham Yacht Club's Harbour View Restaurant is the perfect destination.
The restaurant was at capacity for Valentines day lunch, but the staff still managed to be very friendly and efficient. The meal came on time, and the menu had a wide selection of various and unusual entrees, main courses and desserts.
I would certainly be going back again, and would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone that has not tried it.

An option for those seeking a water view, surrounded by boats, enjoying good food, in a new Club style atmospherse
Never seen the place previously but was Invited here for dinner with one of the members who I do business with.
Picked a window seat and great view out.
We ended up choosing many different entrees rather than main courses. Everyone of them were really nice and plenty of choices for good cold drinks.........Overall, very impressive
