For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.

Gads was this place good. Walked right in for breakfast ...... which was unexpected. Since it was listed as one of their specials, tried the "french toast" (as they say while in a France) .... well, you get the picture... it was outstanding. Fine French cuisine. Fresh regional produce. Gastronomic menu, table d'hote. Gluten free menu. Vegetarian dishes, bouillabaisse, fish, seafood, locally raised meat. The chef, Maitre Canardier, prepares Caneton a la Rouennaise upon reservation. Awarded a Four Diamond rating by the CAA/AAA.
Highly recommended high end restaurant. Very likely the best French cuisine in the Laurentides. Excellent Xmas menu. Magret was amazing as well as the cerf. Desserts were perfect. Worth the detour and the price. The restaurant is known for it’s duck cuisine. Staff and service were perfect.

#1 Steakhouse in Tremblant that uses best ingredients, everything is made on site, using local produce, the menu carries gluten free and vegetarian options
Dinner fir two was terrific. Good, wait staff and energy was terrific. From the bread with olive oil and balsamic dip was warm and delicious. We had the flank steak and prime rib pork, both were done perfectly. The veggies and potatoes(mashed and fries) were well seasoned and portion correct . The only downside was the table placement, they were sooo close there was no opportunity for a private conversation and we felt we could eat right off our neighbors' plates. That being said, we would definitely return.

We are a family run restaurant since 1995. We make breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert crepes fresh before your eyes. Chose from our signature crepes or create your own. Fresh salads with homemade salad dressings. French onion soup au gratin. Something for everyone. We look forward to see you in our new location 977 rue Labelle Mont Tremblant Quebec. Gluten free menu available.
Our lovely server did all she could to speed up the cooks, but the place was a disaster. We placed our order at about 6:30PM and it was delivered 7:35-7:45PM (party of 5, delivered sequentially). Delicious crepes, HUGE, interesting and varied menu w/ something for everyone. Would return at a less-busy hour only.

In an ancestral, serene and warm frame, we propose you the GRILL-STONE. This concept, unique in the region, consists of a VOLCANIC STONE warmed at high temperature offering an ideal natural surface for a cooking without added fat. The menu proposes a wide choice of meats and fishes such as filet mignon, ostrich, tuna, bison, seafoods, kangaroo, deer, wapiti, camel etc. We shall welcome you and shall assure an attentive and personalized service. The Chef owner also proposes you some specialities. The cellar presents a wide selection of wines, private imports as well as a good choice of wine by the glass. So, a selection of dish to take out is offered to you. A private room is also available according to certain conditions
We were there last Saturday night for dinner, very good food, reasonable prices, loved the pierrades.

The Mille Pâtes boutique and restaurant has been open for 5 years. All the food on the menu, including the bread and desserts, are prepared on site every morning. Between 30 and 65 lbs of pasta are created daily just for our customers and many homemade products are available for you to take home (sauces, fresh pasta, pesto, and frozen meals, like lasagna, raviolis, etc.). Owners Frank and Polo's dedication to great pasta and their desire to serve you better grow every day. It is our pleasure to share our passion with you! Bon appetit! Don't forget ouu gluten free pasta
They are well known for fresh pasta. It’s a very quaint restaurant in St Jovite. It was a good choice, thanks for trip advisor , it is truly what it says. I had the octopus and my husband had the shrimp , the sauce is home made and it taste really good . They also prepare and sell what they make and serve . It’s along the way towards Tremblant National Park . I would like to come back here in summer.
It is well recommended .

Are you kidding me??
This is not your grand dad's sugar shack...you wont find your traditional pea soup, egg omelette, ham, oreille de kriss and eggs in sirop...not in this great shack...
After the grand success of fellow chef Martin Picard's sugar shack,Louis François Marcotte's sugar shack is as good and less snobby, you will eat as well and is less expensive then APDC.
Forget your traditional dishes...this place serves high end, high quality food...and high quality service.Your eyes and tummy will go nuts with the mix of sweet and savory dishes..all plated and served in a "welcome to my house" style. You can also top off your meal with a maple sirop popsicle stick..
By the way...dont bring your wine or beer..they have an in house bar.
I just wish this place was opened all year round or had a sugar shack in Mtl..i could eat here in all seasons.
Merci mon pionnier pour une tres belle journée..
Oh...i forgot to tell you about the maple smoked ribs....wow...what a treat...see you next spring..

We loved this charming resto so close to Mont-Blanc for an apres-ski meal. Food menu is unique and all dishes home made were neat, as they are items no usually found on typical tourist menus nearby. At first, service was attentive and great but soon after our main meal, it deteriorated significantly despite being the only patrons in the restaurant. One of our meals did not get the dietary restriction what we asked for therefore, did not eat it ($12 later). Server never asked why plate was not touched. After our meal, we waited and waited until we got up to ask for desert. Only to wait even more for the desert, which turned out to be rock hard and almost inedible. This was followed by more waiting and waiting until we had to get up, disrupt the staff who were on a computer in the back, and ask for our bill. This really put a damper on what we began with a wonderful experience. Small details like this, can leave a bad taste in your mouth, despite the good food.
