We went there for coffee and dessert. We liked the place, because of the quaint informal style, away from the plastic fast food of American chains that unfortunately have taken foot even in Canada. However, our tarte au sucre was too sweet and the cafe viennois made with cream that seemed to be out of "ready to spray" tin. But the food we saw on other customers plates looked great. I would like to give this place a second chance.

We have just spent an amazing dinner at Auberge du Mange Grenouille, St Cecile .upon arriving we have suggested to have a drink outdoor terrasse with an overview on bay . It is absolutely amazing .
The restaurant at Auberge has just got a new team of chefs and the food is fresh and innovative and very good.
Starter with kimchi is full of flavour ,
Try the porcelet , new on menu , it melt in your mouth and so tasty.
The service is absolutely five star with a sommelier who is quite knowledgeable , his suggestion in wine is spot on
In general between food and service it is an amazing place to spend a week end in a charming village .it is very recommended

We ran into some locals in Bic park who recommended this and we LOvED it! So much that we reserved a spot for breakfast before catching the ferry. Delicious at a great price! I would love to try Pomme d'Adam again and again!

The food was simply delicious, so worth it. the only downside was the service, which was just aweful. one of the waiters was totally arrogant, while the ther was lost. They didn't bring everyone's food at the same time and were not accomodating at all.
Even though it made the evening that much less enjoyable, it is still soooo worth it for the delicious food!

The menu looked great. The setting looked fun. The draught beer was limited because the kegs were being changed out (oh well, Rickards Red). Onion soup could have been warmer even thought it looked over toasted; Caesar salad was sufficient. Creative Poutine was fun: chicken, slaw and peas on fries smothered in curds and gravy. Interesting, but choice of potatoes was more of a baker and fries were way too fried. Lemon mirange pie was generous and fresh (a light, delicate mirange and fresh lemon custard) but the crumb crust was just a little soggy. Friendly and attentive server. Good juke box that included Paul Anka singing O Diana in French.

We stopped at this shop for ice cream and chocolate. It is located in a really interesting older building. There is parking beside the shop. The chocolates had a nice flavor and texture. The caramel flavored chocolates were better than average. The truffles were quite good. We didn't really like the texture of the scooped gelato that was served in the shop. The flavor was fine, but it had a slightly grainy texture. You might ask for a taste before purchasing it. They also sell soft serve which can be dipped and topped with nuts and sprinkles. There were children enjoying that.

Discover Korea's Delicious Secret
Shared a meal with a client at this restaurant. Although it is nothing like Korean food in Montreal, the main I chose was flavorful and spicy as I have asked. It's rare for a place such as Rimouski to have a Korean restaurant, and a very decent one at that! So the next time you visit Rimouski and crave for something different from the pub fare you always find, go to the Parfum de Corée!

Our best meal in Rimouski. A concept dining experience. Well crafted cuisine curated and presented to enhance the gourmet experience to life. Beginning with the featured white wine from Southern Italy that was dry with a hint of spring green apple. Stated with risotto infused with lobster and asparagus (creamy, tasty, perfect temperature); tartare de boeuf served on a carrot puree dressed with greens. Mains: Octopus in a cream sauce; Atlantic salmon complemented with rosemary cream and sides of tender fiddleheads and greens.

We ate at the restaurant during our trip on a Saturday night. Neither of us was terribly hungry so we opted to share a meal and an appetizer. We had the salmon tartare which was a large portion and came with salad and fries. Very...MoreThank you very much! Hope to see you again!

The restaurant is located right along the main downtown street with an outdoor patio. The menu is quite extensive and there are a lot of food choices. The food was very good and it was a relaxing place to have a meal and enjoy a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is definitely a place that I would eat at again.
