Great restaurant, in four days in Puerto princess I've been there four times. I truly advice the sashimi tuna (huge fresh trunks of tuna) and the blue merlin coming with tasty tempura vegetables and rice, the Merlin is just perfectly cooked grilled a bit juicy and very fresh. Walk a bit around to see the different decorations and dont forget a fresh Pielsen to make the whole an unforgettable meal :)

The restaurant is very secluded and I understand the challenges with logistics and keeping the supplies running.
Puerto Princesa’s food scene can be boring compared to Boracay or Cebu until I’ve found this place.
This is a seafood retreat located in the mangrove forest floating in the sea. Service can be slow but they offer the best and freshest seafood experience!
Must visit!

Definitely try the duck roll and bread with dipa appetizers - very good! And for desert, their homemade ice cream is perfect... and the bibingka to share :)

We went to this restaurant on 13 April 2011 and it had opened just a week beforehand. The decor, both inside and out, was novel and really tasteful. Food was delicious and service great. Even the owner came up and asked us personally how we found the food and service. I'd highly recommend a meal here!

A place in front of the international airport that is too convenient whilst waiting for my flight. I liked listening to their chill music on a great ambience. I enjoyed my cold Palawan Arabica cappuccino. I added some cold beers and chips (tasty btw). I am pleased that they have a fast wifi and courteous staff. I will definitely chill there again. Bonus I found a new friend.

I am vegetarian so I was so excited to finally find a veggie restaurant in the Philippines. With all the reviews I was really excited but it didn’t deliver on taste, we had the bean burrito which was just brown mush with cucumber in it, there was no onion, garlic anything to give it some taste. Thankfully they have mild chilli sauce on the table so we smothered it in that. We also had the Mexican salad, no corn, or onion but they did a bits of olive which did give it a bit of flavour but no dressing. I think this restaurant is more a “healthy” Vegan restaurant. The banana shake & mango juice was tasty came way after the food and we left hungry & disappointed.

We went here two out of the three nights we stayed in town. We went the first night, then the number 1 spot where we had to have Reservations, then back here because the food is fantastic! It's a combo of Italian and local. SO good. We had carpaccio each night and the second night all 5 of us ordered one each because we didn't want to share. We all had different items and they were all FANTASTIC! The desserts weren't as great as we hoped. Thick crust made the pies not as yummy as we hoped. If we lived here, we go every night. I just can't say enough about the food! OH MY!

what i like about the restaurant is the opportunity of employment they give to mute and deaf citizens of Palawan. the servers and some waiters are mute and deaf. of course a waiter who can speak will take your order. overall, the experience was good.

Haim Chicken

Serving 18 years of great food and experience. Fast forward 2017, Haim Chicken has now evolved into a restaurant showcasing Palawan's culture and local art. Located at 294 Manalo Extension Street, it is just a kilometer away from the Palawan Provincial Capitol (km 0), and just a 5 minute drive away from the airport. Haim Chicken's menu features the iconic Haim Chicken, a medley of local seafood, beef and vegetarian dishes, plus a dash of exotic eats special here in Palawan. It is also notable that the restaurant is pork free. "We're open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Here's a place where locals eat. Hope to see you soon!"

Since first visiting Haim Chicken last week, we have been back 2 more times!
The menu is pretty straightforward with a distinct section for vegetarians, which is rare for Filipino restaurants.
Their food is some of the tastiest Filipino food we've had in Puerto. The chicken inasal, tortang talong, kangkong, fresh limpia and sinigang are delish.
A tip for management, perhaps train your staff to be more comfortable speaking with foreigners, I understand that accents can make it difficult to understand English but being able to communicate with your customers is important for good customer service.
Otherwise, the service was very friendly.
