When you arrive there you thing to be lost, as it is in the middle of nowhere, in an industrial park. But when you get inside things get better...Preparation of food is impeccable. Creative pairings, well designed dishes. Really great innovative food. Dessert cart is unbelievable, with the piece de resistence millefoglie. Price is high, but the experience is worth it. Not your everyday restaurant

Had lunch at Enoteca della Valpolicella and it was a highlight in our trip. We didn't have much time so, instead of having the tasting menu, we just had pasta and dessert.
Both pastas were absolutely incredible (ravioli with truffles and tagliateli with ragu) and we asked for wine recommendations, which were also spot on.
Desserts were very good as well (tiramisu and chocolate mousse with orange zest), it was a great end for a lovely meal, even not being able to have all courses.

Small restaurant located on the east coast of Lake Garda ( Torri del Benaco). Le Gemme di Artemisia offers cooking class in the morning and restaurant at the evening time with only 3 tables , therefore it is highly recommended to book it in advance. We have only tasting menus ( see on our web site). Since 2017 we have an accommodation located on the top floor of the restaurant with a stunning view to lake Garda.
A cooking class with Lara and Andrea was a fantastic treat and experience. It was a treat for my niece, but all four friends loved it. I've lived in Italy and love to cook, what better combination than a class in a beautiful Lake Garda location with absolute 5 star service and food??? Grazie a Lara e Andrea! We will return every time we are in Italy. So easy to book and truly worth every penny.

NOT FOR FAST FOODERS! Booking highly suggested. A credit card deposit can be requsted to confirm a booking.
After Reading the reviews on trip advisor we decided to visit on our first night in Verona. The restaurant is cosy and filled with interesting and quirky trinkets and curiosities has a lovely welcoming feel. Especially on a cold snowy March evening! We were served by a charismatic gentlemen who we assumed was the owner, offered excellent advice on the dishes and wine choices and was a prominent face in the restaurant all evening. Food was amazing and matched the reviewed hype. Lots of dishes local to the Verona area are served. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. My aubergine starter was fantastic. Would recommend and return to if in Verona again. Also recommend booking ahead, we were lucky to find a table free.

They are a brand new restaurant for 2011. They have theirr own website
Totally bored with our hotels bland food 4 of us decided to strike out for somewhere better and we alighted on La Voglia. We were the first guests to arrive at 7:30 though the restaurant quickly filled up. The service was light touch, friendly, amusing in parts and the food was everything we hoped for based on the online reviews. Lovely flavours, portions about right, the restaurant manager recommended a very reasonably priced local white wine to accompany our meals and we liked it so much we bought bottles to take home. We hope to go back sometime in the future.

We booked a table at Cardellino (recommended). Settled down in the garden room with a warm typical Italian interior followed by a enthusiastic waiter. Wow a good start. After the menu and wines (great selection) were explained we began a culinary experience. And at the end we could say this was Italian dining at its best. Atmosphere, staff and the food were fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

A nice surprise for this nice restaurant in a great location with an amazing view on the Garda Lake.
We took the fish menu and it was really enjoying. Small but high quality dishes also how they were prepared. Very friendly and professional staff.
So more quality then quantity and you feel good at the end of the meal.
Nice wine card. Compliments ! To suggest for a romantic dinner

This place figured out what the tourists who flock to Savona's Marina really want: an easy to read menu with moderate prices. They can order anchovies with green sauce or a bowl of mussels, each for about $10 dollars, or grilled sea bass for $14.
If you're more daring and want to try authentic local cuisine, the staff will be glad to offer alternatives.

I went for a walk in the mountain and decided to stop at Lavarini because I had good memories of a previous visit some years earlier, and maybe also because it is the only place in that area! When I called they did not have a table available but were extremely kind and seated us outside and offered us some good sparking wine. Soon after we were seated in a freshly renovated room and promptly served. We ate local food (gnochi sbatui, polenta, lamb, etc.) which was both delicious and very well presented. The red wine was very good as were the desserts selection, we tried the mixed plate with 6 or 7 different cakes. Home made coffee, liquorice and chocolate liqueurs followed. We all enjoyed our time and will return!
