THis is a nice reataurant with balanced decoration and design crockery and cutlery. The food is quality, not ascribed to a particular type, although denotes its origin in the constant presence of pasta and pizza between the choices.
Calm down, they will not rip you off!

Found this restaurant by Trip Advisor. And despite the heat, we had a lovely meal. Seated inside in aircon. We had steak and lamb chops. All made to perfection and with attentive service!

Stayed at this lovely, refurbished medieval property and had a superb meal here as well. Easily accessible by train from Madrid. Hotel is within walking distance from train station and all major sites in Siguenza. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Chef Enrique has worked with some of the top chefs in Spain and serves up delicious traditional fare with modern twists and excellent wine pairings. Cooking classes are also available.

Fuimos unos amigos a ver los campos de lavanda a Brihuega, y tras disfrutar de tan magnifico paseo entre las interminables líneas de lavanda, fuimos a comer a este restaurante q nunca decepciona.
Unas croquetas ricas, morcilla excelente. Un delicioso cordero asado, unas manitas de cerdo melosas y un tartar de escalopines con foie estupendo. Postres ricos ricos.
Atención por parte de matrimonio excelente. Una buena comida para un "florido"día. Recomendable

If you come to Pastrana a visit to this genuine and charming place offering both a lovely restaurant and excellent dishes with lots of local and regional touch is a must. The peculiar old style paintings with small weird modern details hidden in them are also worth seeing only for their preciousness.
