Things to do in Pisco

The marine trilogy on the daily menu tastes very very good and very well presented. The Pisco Sour is well balanced with a lot of Pisco in it (not like some places I have visited which pretty much have no Pisco in it only Sour left).
Wish I had more time to try more dishes.

EVerything very nice and cool, and the food thge crew, all the Paracas personel, very nice we started our trip in Lima, where we had a good wellcoming by Carlos beacuse we did the booking before. After we were moved to Pisco, we bought the tour full day wich includes: Ballestas Islands, National reserve. We asked Carlos to get it fast because the time. there were some inconvenients, but significantly. After that he sugested Ica, with Huacachina Oasis, well we did it. This and all the tours we did was a glad experience.... we just can recomend it. Those guys are very nice and respectful. Just one problem... the police at the higway intented to get unlegal money from us... very corrupt guys. The police here are still no good.

Cafe Chali serves the best coffee in Pisco, Peru and serves gourmet Peruvian cuisine at an affordable price.
I have been to Pisco twice (Once to volunteer, and once to visit friends), and I can only say the food at Cafe Chali is amazing! You really do get gourmet Peruvian cuisine presented beautifully, at a very reasonable price. I found myself overwhelmed by the amount of food served. It was a struggle to finish everything on my plate...but I worked very hard to because the food there is simply delicious!
One of my favorite dishes at Cafe Chali was the ceviche. I also had potatoes with ahi sauce and other dishes that were fabulous. Their lunch menu changes daily, and they have a fixed evening menu that offers sandwiches, desserts, and various drinks.
Cafe Chali is not in the main area of the Plaza de Armas, rather it is off a side street, but it is well worth the time to find Cafe Chali, and at the very least, enjoy the best coffee Pisco. And...if you're going to have a coffee...you MUST try the desserts Chali, the owner, makes himself on a daily basis. Absolutely delicious!

We ate in the La Tia Fela when visiting the National Reserve.
The service was really nice and the food delicious. I had pulpo, some parts were a bit tough, but the taste was good. My boyfriend had filet which was really nice.
The dishes are all around 30-35 Soles each. The location is really nice.

There are many excellent dining experiences in Peru known for its fine cuisine and stunning locations. However nothing can surpass the dining and hospitality experience of El Conquistador with mein hosts, Jose and Maria Goncalves. Authentic Peruvian food and genuine service with that international flavor that only well-traveled hosts like Maria and Jose can offer is mandatory on your travelling itinerary. Located near the stunning Paracas coastline just south of Lima the El Conquistador left my wife and I feeling that we had just spent time with family. The service by well-trained polite staff, the personal attention of Maria and Jose and the excellent cuisine just makes you want to return. Five stars the El Conquistador.

I had to stay in Pisco for a few weeks and ate here many times and the food and service were always top notch. Very clean and comfortable with music and a nice verander overlooking the main walkway, good wifi and toilets etc. Great soups and main dishes at very good prices.

This is the best restaurant in the small fishing Village of San Andres. Everything Is fresh.
The fish they serve is the day catch. To me the best are the chitas or cabrillas.
Whole deep fried is the best way with hot rice with onion salsa.

Cafe, serves meat (rather inspired by US-/fastfood culture, but also somewhat Peruvian dishes), sweets, huge ice creams, and various juices. Better for drinks than for food. Spend a lot of attention to the interior of the cafe, fairly creative. Very friendly staff.
