There wa not much open in Piazza Armerina on a Monday night. Amici Miei was suggested to be good so we tried it and yes, it was good. The service and the food (steak and fish) were very good and inexpensive. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the town.

This sweet little restaurant is very attractive and prepares delicious Sicilian cuisine. It was highly recommended to me by local residents. The kitchen area is not walled off, so you can watch the chef in action. The service was very attentive. Goloso is right off of Piazza Garibaldi, so it's very convenient if you're exploring the old section of the town.

It is not a bad restaurant...but, considering the evaluations that I have seen on trip advisor, we were expecting a much better place. The service is extremely slow and the food, overall, was just ok. We ordered the Menu Tradicionalle but was not a great deal. My wife did not eat the meat dish once it was with no taste. This family-run restaurant was very busy with locals and no wonder - as well as pizzas, it serves some lovely pasta and meat dishes, all well-cooked and with a traditional feel. We particularly enjoyed our sea food mixed antipasti and the pasta dishes with their fresh flavours.

I stayed approx 50m from this place. I just entered one evening without having a clue about the reputation after a long drive, I was starving. The Arancini is amazing, with different choices. You should try the spinach and ricotta pie (large slice) it's the owners special secret, heaven!! Gelato is a thumbs up from the kids. Great coffee as well. The owner is very kind and service is excellent. He gave my sons extras on 2 occasions.

Despite being located right near the entrance to Villa Casale, this restaurant has very good, authentic food. A great choice for lunch when visiting this incredible historic site.

Very much enjoyed a lovely dinner with warm service and delicious entrees. We had spent the day walking from Piazza Amerina to Aidone and return, so pasta was in order. The seafood pasta was delicious! My husband had the swordfish and we split the mixed salad. So glad we choose this restaurant.
