My daughter and I stopped by Billy's for a burger last night and it did not disappoint! The patties were juicy and the beef very good. I had the Giorgino burger and my daughter the Johnny burger. We ordered a side of onion rings that were fantastic.
It's a lovely place with great service, lovely food and a nice ambiance. The value for money is very good indeed.

Michelin star shows. The service was very professional and practical all the way. Food menu little different and interesting. Italian wine selection rather large.
Everything worked fine and in precise order, the restaurant gives a real professional flavour.
Food was tasty and right size, a three course meal just proper. Wine from Puglia matching the experience nicely.

We started with a sample of various fresh and raw seafood: tuna in different preparations, crawfish, "neonata" which are very young embryonic fishes and a delicious purée of fennel with lemon. We followed with a pasta with sea urchin. Unbelievable.
A crispy white wine (from Sicily of course) was a wonderful pairing and the service was diligent and kind.

We went to charme yesterday for dinner. It was one of the best fish restaurants I have ever been. The cook is incredible good and the fish quality was over the top! Just a perfect dinner. I would highly recommend charme and chapeaux to that besides his formidable cooking so simpatico chef!!

Traditional Sicilian seafood
Unlike other restaurants in Mondello they take credit cards without issue and the food and service is pretty good too. Bread, starters and spaghetti vongale for 3 + a bottle of bianca de nera and sparkling water, really not bad for €71. Plus a waiter who engaged in Italian with his guests and comfortable surroundings, worth a visit.

Charleston Restaurant is located in a prestigious Art Nouveau villa, located a few meters from the sea, in the heart of the Mondello Lungo Mare, in Viale Regina Elena, 37/39. Its Terrace overlooking the picturesque Gulf of Mondello is the highlight of the location. A large garden with Fountains and large internal and external spaces, to be adapted according to the needs of the guests, make this multifunctional place, also suitable for meetings, conventions, welcome coffee, cocktails, lunches, gala dinners, wedding banquets and all kinds of . Also renowned internationally for its prestigious cuisine, the Charleston Restaurant has a tradition that makes it suitable for all occasions when you decide to enjoy it, spending pleasant moments with refinement and elegance. Charleston's cuisine is made up of passion and expertise, the result of a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, with products linked to the typical Sicilian tradition revisited for its customers, as well as highly appreciated innovation dishes. Hence the constant commitment to celebrate Sicilian cuisine in a modern, light, and never trivial style, in which varieties and combinations of ingredients vary, but the harmony of Sicily's flavors remains strong. Charleston's cuisine also strengthens its connection with the local area by using local products, slow food, and preferring only the use of seasonal products. The restaurant also offers a rich wine list with wide variety of Sicilian vines, as well as Italian labels and renowned realities of foreign production. Finally, a rich variety of traditional and innovative cakes that complement the pleasure of discovering Sicilian catering excellence, tasting it in full. The gratification in our philosophy is not only in the excellence of food, but also in its surroundings, in the attention of the service and in the care of the details so that harmonies between the past and the future will translate into emotions to arouse our gourmet
This restaurant was a bizarre experience. We saw the restaurant when walking past one evening so went inside to have a look and were whisked to some seats and given a small plate of something tasteless and a glass of prosecco with absolutely no explanation of what it was. My boyfriend doesn't speak Italian and although the waiter claimed he could explain it (there was no English menu), he was not much use so I ended up having to translate the entire menu, which sort of defeated their objectives as they took care to only give the man a menu with the prices on. The lobster we ordered was absolutely tasteless I am afraid, and completely overpriced. We have eaten in far better places. Although the dinner overall was OK, it was pretentious for what you were getting and not worth the money. Interiors were very elegant, although the atmosphere slightly dead - there were only 2 other tables being served in a huge room. The wine steward chose a nice wine, but only after we said we wanted a particular one from the list and he would not let us... despite us asking for the one we wanted he was insisted it was not correct for us. Overall - fine but I would not recommend.

If you are anywhere near this excellent establishment then make sure you go. We ate here twice - it was the best around Palermo by a mile, or 10+kms. Fantastic food and local wines. Foodie heaven.

After a week touring Sicily and surroundings dinner at Alle Terrazze was the crowning glory! The setting is beautiful, directly on the water, the interior furnishings on property were elegant and well maintained. After many lunches and dinners in all types of venues this dinner was special as it was my final one in Sicily. No disappointment here.
First off, I experienced the best service of any visited. The food was excellent, fish very fresh and tasty. The wait staff was attentive and very professional - the most of any venue visited. This was world class European service and it did not go unnoticed!
If you are looking for exquisite location and attentive service, you should make a reservation here. Yes, it will cost you more than a local casual restaurant but it's all about experiences and this one was priceless. Thank you to all who served us!

I was hesitating whether to give Villa Clelia a 5 star ranking, as the food surely deserved it. The raw fish entrée was absolutely excellent, the fish very fresh, well prepared, really something to long for. The pasta with cuttlefish ink and pistachio pesto, with a small addition of ricotta cheese mousse, was memorable. I am in general very cautious when it comes to revisiting classics, and in Sicily pasta with cuttlefish ink is a sacred classic. Yet this prudent innovation was so good that I drop pen any reservation. The wine list is also very good. All in all a truly delicious dinner.
Why not 5 stars, then? Well, the service was good, more than acceptably so, but not excellent. And the setting, while pleasant overall, it's a bit odd. In fact the building is an old house, to which an extension in a completely different style (looking a bit like a mountain hut :-) has been added, with an odd effect. Thus, again, not bad but not 5 stars... But don't get me wrong, it's a place I'll go back to, for the great food!

Ristorante Pizzeria menù sia di pesce che carne possibilità oltre al menù alla carta di scegliere il menù fisso di pesce 30€ persona. Pizza a lievitazione 24h farine bio siciliane perciasacchi e senatore cappelli
We visited with our family and Franco and the rest of the staff greeted and treated us like we were part of theirs. The food was absolutely delicious from top to bottom. This area (Mondello) just west of Palermo is a really beautiful beach community that is off the beaten path and away from the craziness that is the streets of Palermo. When in Sicily, don't miss Da Franco Testaverde!
