Matheran is all about the views. Easily accessible via scenic rail from Mumbai, this refuge in the Sahyadri Hills is blissfully free of motor vehicles and affords nearly three dozen lookouts over the Western Ghats and the region's village-dotted plains. Porcupine Point is anything but prickly—rather, it’s an ideal spot for gorgeous sunsets, especially at the aptly named Panorama Point. Avid hikers hit the densely forested and wildlife-rich route to the ruins of Prabalgad Fort.

Yazdani bakery in Cawasji Patel Road in the Fort area of Mumbai takes one back in time. It is a quaint little cafe and bakery where they serve sweet boiled tea with simple dishes such as bread rolls and butter called (Maska Pao), Bread pudding, ginger biscuits etc. Simple but full of character. Frequented by office workers in the heart of Mumbai's CBD (now shifting West). The area is full of character and has some beautiful Victorian buildings that have stood the punishment over time. This little cafe does give one a chance to sit among common folk and just enjoy a cup of tea!

We had breakfast on 29, January, 2018. Very clean and good interiors. Tasty breakfast. Idly, dosa with butter are very good. Filter coffee is excellent. Only thing we are slightly not satisfied is the Upma and chutney, served for idly and dosa is a bit sweet. The staff response and courtesy is excellent. One supplier helped us for our question about Lonavala sight seeing. He has given lot of information very patiently. Nice restaurant.

While passing through Thane city yesterday, I happened to glance at Oriental Spice which tempted me to drop in for lunch. The pleasant and vibrant ambiance impressed me and settled down in one of the cozy corners of the restaurant.
I have started interacting with Vittal who attended me and he recommended Singapore Noodles with prawns. Price of Rs. 440/- is on higher side. However quantity and quality justified the rate.
Understand the restaurant is in business since last 18 years and one of the best for Chinese cuisines. They have opened their 2nd branch at Godbundar road.
Pleased with the friendly service of Vittal and quality food served by him. No wonder, Experience counts in all aspects.

This is the best Chinese food joint in Navi mumbai. They maintain their standards all across branches. Very good starters and main dishes. Particularly dimsums are awesome. Go for lunch buffet. Price is bit in higher side, otherwise. Desert menu not so impressive.

If you want to take a quick bite, brief break, stretch your legs while you are driving between Pune and Mumbai then this is the place. You get variety of snacks to fill your tummy. Tasty Maharashtrian snacks are mouth watering especially Misal-Pav, Poha, Tahlipeeth, Vada-pav, Sabudana khichadi, Idli, Upma, etc. Also tea and coffee are good. You may like to test fresh lime juice and shop few ready to eat snacks.
