Went there on Friday night and KT town was extraordinarily crowded. We got no direction where to have our dinner as most of the restaurants are full. We ended up in this restaurant because of the friendliness of the lady boss.
The food served very fast and it was delicious esp the steam fish. However the oyster in oyster egg was not that fresh. We enjoyed our dinner and the price was lower than we expected.

Peranakan Terenggannu delicacies. Open 9.30 am to 5 pm - close on Wenesday - Small familial restaurant with nice atmosphere to discover special
The restaurant is very small and service is very slow. When we went there at about 2.30pm on a Saturday, many of the tables were still not cleared. The staff are not friendly and very impatient. The food is a let down. The chicken rice...MoreWe are sorry to disappoint you Sheron. We will improve further on our food and service!

We are Local Restaurant which serve only HALAL F & B... All our food is all cook upon order & consist of A-La-Carte menus.. Pls do give a chance to yourself to dine in our establishment as we believe you will find something different from the other restaurants in Kuala Terengganu... :)
Gossip Kitchen is in my neighbourhood and I've enjoyed coming here with visiting family and friends. I've always experienced friendly and efficient service, even though I know the waiters find english a challenge.
The food is great, with a good mix of malay and western options. Portions are generous.
The restaurant is very clean and cosy and has the bonus of aircon.
Well worth a visit!

This stall or outlet sells keropok lekor.
Some call them fish fritters, fish sausages or fish sticks but in Terengganu, they are called ‘keropok’. There are three types of keropok, mainly keropok lekor (resembling sausage, boiled chewy ones), keropok goreng (also resembling sausage but fried chewy ones) and keropok keping (sliced, sun-dried and fried). All districts produce their own keropok but the famous ones are none better than those found in Kampong Losong in Kuala Terengganu. ‘Keropok lekor’ are actually made from processed fish meat mixed with salt and sagoo flour. This mixture is then hand rolled into sausage shaped around 6 to 10 inches long and immediately cooked. It is a great afternoon snack normally dipped in Terengganu’s equally famous chili sauce.
They are made up of fish, flour and other ingredients. For Keropok Lekor, you can eat it in two ways. Deep fried or boiled. If you don't really like the fishy smell, then better to take the deep fried as sometime the boiled one will have some fishy smell, especially when they are no longer hot.
The Keropok Keping is also made up of larger tube-shaped keropok being thinly and dried under the sun to make it last longer. Then you need to fry it before eating. Its a great afternoon snack and nice to be eaten with fried noodles or dipping it with the Terengganu’s home made chili sauce.

This restaurant is situated at the middle of Marang Town. My family always visit this kind of restaurant and since this branch has opened at Marang Town, we don't have to travel to Kuala Terengganu City to eat KFC fried chicken.

This restaurant is situated at Rusila Beach, Marang, Terengganu. This restaurant is just about 5 minutes from Marang Town and about 10 minutes from Kuala Terengganu City. You could feel the soft breeze of wind from the beach just beside this restaurant while enjoying food here. Plus, the price is affordable too.

Nice and clean place for a family dinner or lunches. It serves Chinese/Thai fusion and western food.
We were in a group of 6. We ordered nasi goreng kampung, chicken chop, nasi paprik and some stir fried noodles. Everything was tasty and served quickly.
Service is mediocre. Price was affordable too.

This is well-known breakfast food in Terengganu. If you have a chance, give it a try. During my visit, I also choose Bihun Goreng which is quite delicious.
