Leshan, formerly known as Jiading, is a prefecture-level city located at the confluence of the Dadu and Min rivers in Sichuan Province, China. Leshan is located on the southwestern fringe of the Red Basin in southern Sichuan, about 120 km (75 mi) from Chengdu. At the 2010 census, its population was 3,235,759 whom 662,814 lived in the built-up (or metro) area made of Shizhong district, as Wutongqiao and Jinkouhe districts are not conurbated yet.

人气比较高，招牌鱼嘴巴是必点的一道菜。里面的鱼嘴巴鲜嫩爽滑，鲜香带辣鱼嘴巴也很入味，还有里面的配菜魔芋豆腐也很好吃。这道菜的份量很足。

Eravamo venuti qui con l'intento di mangiare una buona bistecca dopo svariati giorni di cibo cinese ma... La carne ahimè non è ottima ed è servita con dei dettagli discutibili. La birra era bollente e abbiamo dovuto berla col ghiaccio. Il personale era molto gentile si ma.. se cercate una bistecca buona provatene un'altro!

Basically, this is boiled beef with spices. All parts. A little bit like a French pot-au-feu, but using more stuff. Served with broth and rice which can be reordered or self served for free. Everything was delicious and the people were absolutely charming. Seating is simple, on the street side and the place is popular with locals. Delicious.

After visiting the Big Buddha (Awesome btw) me and my friends went straight to Rico's restaurant to check it out, and I gotta admit, we were really happy about our decision!
Location
La Dolce Vita is located in a nice square really easy to find also thanks to the Restaurant name card (paper and digital both available, don't hesitate to contact the via Wechat in advance) that will give all the direction needed to your driver. The outside tables are almost always in the warmth and offer a really comfy place to have and afternoon tea or coffee (yeah, real coffee) sided by some homemade dessert.
The inside is incredibly cosy, well organised and makes you foget for a while that you are in China. The images on the walls, the Italian Style bar and tables and the cool wine cellar (filled with serious good wine with the possibility for clients to keep their own) is just the start.
honourable mention for the bathroom that is supercool ahaha don't miss it XD
People
Federico and his staff are really friendly and prepared, we had the chance not only to have fun together but also to discuss and learn a lot about Italian tradition and their effort to bring it everyday in the middle of Le Shan.
Food
As most of authentic Italian Restaurant bread, fresh pasta and pastry are homemade daily. The food is really good, I'm a pasta lover, especially if it's filled, so I'd strongly advise some Ravioli. Anyway I'm pretty sure that Rico's care and attention will garantee your sadisfaction no matter what you decide to order.

we are a local traditional beef restaurant (two main types: Cattle feast and QIAOJIAO beef). In addition, the soup of QiaoJiao beef is made by traditional Chinese medicines. the building which houses the restaurant has a classic chinses style.

Small cozy restaurant run by a health conscius owner where Igiene is a must. Good selection of food, wine and beer. A small pearl in city that has not much to offer.
