Convenient location on the pier of the Belize cruise ship port. Downstairs offers great cocktails and light snacks, the upstairs is a full restaurant offering the best of Belizean cuisine. Conch, shrimp, fresh fish. Everything is made fresh daily. A great place to spend the day, to relax, or get up dance and party with us.
If you like extremely loud blaring music, lots of cigarette smoke and slow service...then this is the place for you. We had the tostones (good, but not great). Fish sliders were just a couple of very small overly breaded pieces of fish inside three huge hamburger buns with bland cheese. Hardly edible at all. Over spiced fries that gave me indigestion.

Good local food! The cab driver pointed it out. It was near my hotel so I stopped in for breakfast. Had sausage with eggs. Simple and good. The onion condiment was tasty! Great friendly service!

We ate here as part of a group. The location was beautiful. The drinks were excellent, the food was amazing - especially the Conch Civiche! Service was also excellent. A great experience all around.

The restaurant has outside dining, but after sunset the better choice is inside. Menu is quite varied, and food is prepared in the Belizian style. Service is excellent, and the place is very clean and beautiful. Not overpriced! At first, when you see the prices, they seem a tad high, but they are quoted in Belize dollars, which are half of the US dollar. What looks like an investment at $50 is actually a bargain at $25.

To me, a bit nicer than a 'tavern' but still with that relaxed pub feel. They have a great selection of burgers and they are delicious. Decent price for the quality of food you're getting here, good sized portions. Belikins are priced right too! On a nicer day the patio would be a great place to sit, however, the view is a bit dismal.

Because we had rented a house nearby, we visited this restaurant twice and both times had excellent meals. Our choices for three couples included burgers, conch fritters, chicken kebabs and kafta. All were large portions and excellent. The only issue that we had, especially on the second visit was the long time that it took to be served. The food was worth the wait.

A unique experience to the regular bakery you would find in Belize! We describe our self as a Portable Eatable or Grab & Go establishment with a little mellower pace. We are well known for our wide variety of breakfast items such as our huge johnny cakes with numerous combination of fillings, panini, patties, quiche, the challenging Mann breakfast, danish, muffins, cinnamon twist, THE BEST AND WIDEST SELECTION OF CROISSANTS IN Belize, our can't get enough of BANANA BREAD, and much more items as we are constantly baking and putting out new items as the day progress. Did somebody say its time for a SUGARFIX?? Well, we have a large selection of desserts to choose from such as another favorite...BROWNIES! scrumptious cheesecakes, oversize cookies, selection of cakes and the best Gelato you will find that is personally made for us by a master Italian gelato maker from Gelateria TuttiFrutti in Placencia and then flown to us. We invite you to come in and 'TASTE THE LOVE IN EVERY BITE'
We almost decided not to go here due to the arrogant responses from Sugar fix to previous reviews. But we decided to go anyway because the croissants got good reviews.
We had croissant and coffee. The croissants was very good, eventhough it didn't have the crisp flakiness that we are used to from "other croissants. Coffee is at best average.
You can sit in the place and eat, but the surroundings and the shop is not very exiting.
Wi-Fi is very good though and that is a plus.

They've been open continuously since 1974
After a weeks worth of Belizean food, we decided to try Chinese food in the city. What a pleasant surprise. We ordered the house lo men, wonton soup, shrimp with almonds which are more like almond encrusted shrimps (really good!), mixed fried rice, sesame chicken, and a few others I can't remember.
Vanessa was great by the way. She made lime juices for my kids the way they wanted it and was always around to assist us with anything.

Shrimp, and more shrimp. The other items on the menu were mostly unavailable. But we did come for shrimp and the shrimp were available in multitudinous servings. We had shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and the shrimp alfredo and were not disappointed.
