Carnivore serves since 2003 mouthwatering steaks; Rib Eye, Tenderloin, Lamb, Pork and chicken. All our beef is imported vacuum fresh from Australia and New Zealand. Also do we serve several fish plates; prawns, white snapper, tuna and more. Our generous salads and wide range of starters are highly appreciated with our guests. All main courses are served with a delicious salad, and you can choose between 13 side dishes and 5 meat-sauces. Since 2004 we provide our guests with a selection of 50 different beers from all over the world and also more then 40 different wines. Since 2014 do we also have a selection of about 30 different whiskeys; many of them single malts.
This is not our usual type restaurant when in Thailand - but we were feeling desperate for MEAT. Not being steak eaters, we had looked around for spare ribs in the thai food restaurants and couldn't find them. I looked on Tripadvisor and found this restaurant - and was VERY IMPRESSED and returned twice.
A lovely setting. We ordered the ribs to share to check on the size - I'm glad we did - the service was very large and they were delicious. On arrival you receive a piece of olive bread, olives and a couple of dips, you also receive a lovely side salad and you get to choose a type of potatoes of your choice. We tried the french fries and Homemade french fries.
The menu may look expensive but the ribs cost around 450 bhat so this meal cost us less than our usual Thai meal and for the quality we thought it was excellent value.
Large variety of beers available but the usual chang was 160 bhat.

With mesmerizing sunsets and the calming sound of the sea, Bellini restaurant offers you the most unique and stunning dining venue in Krabi. Specializing in authentic Italian cuisine, Bellini has perfected a delicious menu of handmade pastas and gourmet pizzas as well as an exquisite selection of seafood specialties, as an advantage of its seaside locale. These offers are combined with the finest cuts of Australian steaks to satisfy your taste buds, as you do not deserve less than the best.
Fantastic restaurant right the beach, serves nice meals with good cocktails.. the buffet dinner with fresh fish is worth every bath and we enjoyed all our dinners there.
Dusk and blue hour at Bellini is one of a kind, with easily the best sunset in Asia. The staff is always welcoming.During dinner, Julianne and husband sing beautifully and make every guest special. As for the general manager, Mr Patrice laudrein,he is very nice to every guest he meets.Bellini is the place to be in Krabi.

The restaurant is located 15 minutes from Ao Nang center in a small village named Din Daeng Noi. It is one of the most unique restaurant/ bar and bungalow operations in the South of Thailand. The chef is superb and the tropical ambience is amazing. It is a hidden gem.
We read the great reviews and decided it was worth the trek. Walking into the place, it looked really nice with tables spread around the pools/garden, each with their own covering. The menu looked good, with plenty of the usual Thai fare, plus a few special items from the house. So far so good, except the staff were seemingly having dinner and a karaoke singalong in the room next to the bar, rather than pay attention to the one and only table that's occupied in the restaurant. So it took 20 minutes before anyone appeared to take our order, and it felt rather like we were intruding on a private party.
We opted for the fried catfish with green mango salad and chicken satay to start, followed by prawn green curry, beef mussaman curry and the crab in yellow powder, along with some steamed rice.
The staff karaoke continued.
The catfish was nicely presented, a thinly sliced green mango canopy over the fish. Removing the mango, we saw a brown, fried "bird's nest", for want of a better description. The strands of the "nest" were quite fine which made me wonder what we were eating as there were no fish pieces. The "nest" didn't taste of much, the mangoes added the flavour. The chicken skewers were lacking in any seasoning and the peanut sauce was lacking the usual rich nutty flavour too, meaning the satay dish was very bland.
The staff karaoke continued.
The mains showed up around two minutes after the starters arrived. The mussaman curry had a nicely flavoured sauce but the beef was very tough. The crab in yellow powder had a nice flavour but it was mushy, which wasn't that appetising. The green curry was the biggest disappointment - a very thick green sauce that didn't taste anything close to any green curry I've ever eaten and was entirely devoid of any "kick" which, for a dish that's meant to be really spicy, was a big miss.
The staff karaoke continued.
Fortunately someone came over to bring some watermelon (nice touch) as we were finishing eating so we could ask for the bill and leave.
As I said, this experience was a shame because the property looked really nice. The drive to F&C simply isn't worth it (note we trekked out to Ruenmai Krabi the night before and had an amazing meal so if you want to go out of town to a nice restaurant, go there).

We are Hello Monkey Gang at Kodam Kitchen. Since September 2016. Our food we cook one by one then take the time to take care our ingredient. Then every dish come with the best taste before to serve to you.
Located tucked away just behind the Krabi La Playa Resort we were delighted with our first meal of our holiday. The green mango salad was perfect and the green curry was delicious. Service was so friendly and we were given complimentary banana cream dessert. Will be back in next day or so!

The restaurant was very popular, since soon after our arrival all tables were occupied. In spite of this, the service was carried out smoothly and with smiles, all the time.
We enjoyed mediumly spiced chicken, but we felt it was rather spicy. Shrimps with garlic and black peppar was a good choise.
Our desserts - fried bananas with ice cream and crepes in orange sauce with ice cream were both more than enough in size and specially the crepes were a very tasty combination.

Having seen the Tripadvisor reviews and walked past the restaurant during the day we had such high hopes for this place, ruined by the service.
We asked to be moved from our first table as that was right by the live singers so you had to shout to be heard. Both ordered steaks and whilst that was nice despite asking three times we never received a second steak knife, the side orders that we had asked for or condiments.
Nobody came to ask if we wanted another drink or if our food was ok, the plates remained on the table till we had paid and left. Maybe we were just there on an off night for the staff but it put us off going back.

We are not a Thailand specialist and don’t really know Thai food, but if their food reflects on the Thai food then it’s the best food in the world, the fish so tender and perfectly done, amazing sprig rolls , everything we touched was just perfect!!!
Highly recommended

Khao Thong Terrace Restaurant has a great casual ambience with gorgeous views of beautiful Tha Lane Bay with its striking karst formations. People at Kho Thong are very friendly and their food and drinks are excellent. We stayed across the street at Tha Lane Village and therefore, ate here many times. Try the banana fritters with coconut ice cream, their tasty Pad Thai, iced coffee, mojitos, etc.... Like us, you will want to come back for the food, friendly service, and great views.

Bac-a-Sable is difficult to find but definitively worth the pain. It is located at the north end of Thalane beach but easier to access through the hotel Le Passe-Temps, which entrance way starts on the right hand side when going towards the pier to Koh Yao Noi & Yai, some 3 kilometers after the Khao Thong Terrace. The menu is part Thai (chicken cashew nuts, fried rice, phat thai, curries...) Part international (bbq, plancha, mixed salads, home made hamburgers, club Sandwich, french fries...). The staff doesn't know much of english but the menu is tranlated in French and English and the French manager is usually around to help. The food is perfectly alright, still what truly make the difference here, - apart from the cool beer which is not that easy to find in this muslim area - is the view. You'll have lunch your feet in the sand, in the shade of the trees, just meters from the sea and its amazing rocks. No one around except the passing fishermen and the few villagers looking for shells and crabs at low tide. You'll find more than easy to spend the rest of you day in a hammock, waiting for the sunset !
Very small, hard to find, beach restaurant, part of a small resort. Very tranquil, nice Thai food and scenery to kill for.
Don't go there, you'll spoil it for the few people knowing we're to find it
On top of all this: because of the French owner there is an "extensive" (choice of 10-12) wine list, a rare find in Thailand
