It is a fashionable place combines three concepts at once - a bar, restaurant and karaoke with the author's kitchen. This is a restaurant for respectable people, which has created an atmosphere of comfort, prestige and comfort. «AMUR» - this is a place where guests come eat, and stay up late to sing well. The restaurant & karaoke «AMUR» three rooms where the main star, of course, you'll be!
It was my second visit to this place. The 1st was in the autumn 2012. And when I v been in this restaraunt first time - I was really happy about this place.
But now I m in schok! Staff was very very lasy - I didn t have menu for 10 minutes. Most of all tables were reserved - but people took a seat after 2,5 hours (after our departure) - I could take a cup of coffee and anything else for this time. But The Administrator said that - no. you can't.
We ordered latte with caramel syrup. They brought a cup of cappucino without syrup. Administrator argued with me that this is latte...
Staff were so pathetic! They looked at clients like we all must give them money.
Prices: carrot juice 0.2 - 7$, latte - 7$.
Staff, if you don't like your job, please look for another work!

Designed "Tsveti" restaurant of Russian and European cuisine is located in the calm beatiful place close to Khabarovsk city's centre. It surprises with a full variety of European culinary delights that please any taste. Our chefs can prepare a dish, created by Guest himself. Superb service, spectacular food perfomance and elegant atmosphere - all this and a little bit more You will find here. "Tsveti" restaurant invites Guests to have a buffet-breakfast from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. You can also use banquet hall to arrange business or commemorativ events.
A nice place! With cosy booths and soft sofas for more privacy or tables. I felt very comfortable there, seems that all is balanced: the light, the music, the atmosphere in general. The service was great which can be rare for Khabarovsk. They knew their wine selection well and professionally served wines. The food was very good too. Tasty and beautifully presented.
All in all a 5 out of 5 for me. I recommend this restaurant.

Gustav & Gustav is another German style restaurant in Khabarovsk. Not being a fan of German food that much I gave it a try anyway and not loved it. The environment is nice, well decorated. Food was simply not up to the challenge, edible but nothing special. Eisbein was not well cooked, though other dishes were better. Service was also a little bit poor, but average for Russia. Very crowded and popular in Russia. Have heard also very different opinions of this restaurant, so I personally would prefer other places in the city.

Kabachok is a restaurant of Ukrainian food located in a fairly good place in Khabarovsk (close to Gigant theaters). The decoration of the restaurant is one of the highest points, really charming, dim light, cabin-like walls, waiters and waitresses in traditional dresses. Food is served quite fast for Russian standards and is real value. Menu is large, though prices are really variable, salads are expensive though side dishes and desserts below Khabarovsk average price. I have come two times and food has always been really good. In summer you can eat in the Terrace too. Enjoy it, because it is a great place to go.

I hope Luga raises up in the TripAdvisor ladder as it is undeniable one of the very best restaurants of Khabarovsk (for me the best together with Semplice, Chocolate and BrozBar, each one for different reasons).
Luga is located at the very end of the Lazo Street, a very bad maintain street, so reaching the restaurant can be shocking as the road is half destroyed.
However, Luga pays its reward. Luga (actually pronounced Lugá, meaning "prairie") is an excellent Italian-Russian restaurant that many people does not know mainly because of its hidden location, near a new good neighborhood, but far from the center. The restaurant decoration is made of wood and pistachio colors, comfortable seatings and some photographs with white frames. Homey.
The menu is quite condensed, not as much as I would like, but pretty much for the typical Russian menu (I offer 150 dishes that I cannot cook). Here the selection is 20 salads and appetizers, some 5 meat pieces, 10 entrées and 4 soups. All we tried was good, especially the beef Stroganov. But for me the best are the deserts: try the "orekhoviy gauffre", a nuts waffle, fantastic. And also give a try to the original cookies they have. Have you tried a cookie made of dark beer? Oh, yes...
And above all, the service. Oh, yes to this too. Only two waitresses, smiling, gentle, polite, quick, professional. No need to say more. In love...
Besides its restaurant activity, Luga also sells some gourmet food like oil and meat (quite expensive).
Summarizing the review: go there and enjoy.
PS: you can also enjoy a "post-festum" in the next door spa (excellent too, though expensive as well).

Every time I come hear I enjoy my self.
Very good service, very good food, being served with a smile is also very important and sometimes very rare in Russia.
It's not the cheapest restaurant in Khabarovsk but it's worth it.
Atmosphere is very good and relax.

If you are after a traditional Russian meal in a beautiful traditional setting then don't look any further. This restaurants has been around for a long time and has always delivered great traditional food. The decor in this restaurant is a bonus and really adds to the experience. I would highly recommend. It is a bit pricey but worth the visit.

I have been to this restaurant many times. Staff is friendly and welcomes you warmly. Waiters and waitresses are used to chatting with clients and entertaining them. However, they might become too loud and intrusive sometimes. The pizza is surprisingly good, considering that this restaurant is located almost on the other side of planet respect to Italy.

I wish we had been more prepared and brushed up on our Persian / Russian beforehand. Fantastic decor: lots of nooks, crannies and quirky little rooms. Explore or you will miss the unique washroom sinks and waiter relaxing on the counter serving hookah pipes. Huge range of delicious Middle Eastern foods, English is not their strongpoint, and the candyfloss with the bill made for some great jokes at the end. Thos should be a must-see visitor attraction for anyone visiting the city.
