Situated in the hill above Kazanlak, at the entrance you are greeted by performers in traditional Bulgarian outfit, pass by nice arranged exhibit showing traditional ways of living back in time,Seated in nice decorated tables,Looking over stage where performers danced.
Food is tasty,
Try Roasted paprika, Shopska Salad.. We took 2 different meat platters that were more than enough for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Variety drinks, from spirits, beers, local wines(even house wine is good), Try popular "Rakija" Brandy like drink mainly grape but can be from any fruit,,
Trough the evening we were invited to watch(and participate) traditional bare-feet dance on burning wood coal..
There is playground for the kids, if they get bored ..

This restaurant has a really nice ambience with Seating in a courtyard, in covered and uncovered sections situated around a fish-pond. There are Bulgarian artefacts around such as an old wagon and you are entertained by a live Bulgarian band singing both folk songs and modern Bulgarian songs. At times, people get up and dance to the music. The trout was excellent, cooked simply and we noticed they also served grills off spits (as in churrascarias).
While the restaurant did have some tourists, there were also plenty of Bulgarian clientèle. I would recommend this restaurant. We are heading back tomorrow.
For three adults we paid $30, including drinks Really good value.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Some unusual and imaginative dishes. Very glad we came. Why do I have to type more to make up 100 characters

So I have no idea about restaurant there but a Bulgarian told me about this restaurant.
This restaurant locates before the overpass road to the station from the city a few minutes
by taxi from the Svoboda square.

It looks like ordinary house but inside has good an atmosphere.

I decided to take dinner at hotel's restaurant. I took a seat at Terrace and I tasted shopska salad, gyuvech (гювеч), french fries, beer, kyufte and kebapche. The food was tasty, staffs were friendly. Hotel guests can get small discount for eating at this restautant. Just be careful while dining, gypsies can enter to the Terrace and try to speak to restaurant guests! (the waitress said "get away" to one gypsy girl.)
