Itapecerica da Serra is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 167,236 (2015 est.) in an area of 150.74 km². It is located 23 miles southwest of São Paulo and at an altitude of 920m above sea level. The name Itapecerica is believed to come from the Tupi language for slippery stone, and da Serra means of the Mountains in Portuguese.

Why does it take an hour to present 5 slices of smoked salmon + 3 leaves of spinach + 1 mushroom and reheated lasagna on a bed of pasta?
Answer
Because the chef is getting drunk playing bongos, while you get hungry waiting for your food.
The service is as bad as the food. No credit cards, no receipts.
Having waited for an hour for our food, they started clearing the table before we had finished eating.
The food was basic - how far wrong can you go with smoked salmon and a chopped leaf salad.
The meatball lasagna was dry, and the tomato sauce acidic.
We ate there based on Tripadvisor reviews.
I feel I need to put fellow readers right and hence this review
Avoid unless you want to indulge a self delusional owner.
Chose one of the many other restaurants in the village which will provide similar simple food but without the affectations.

Ótima para ir com família ou casal, e mesmo para levar a pizza. Ambiente acessível, aconchegante, staff educado. A diferença é que não tem atendimento na mesa (pede-se no balcão e depois eles trazem), uma vez que o foco é Delivery. Mas é excelente ainda assim!

On my way to a little paradise country side house in "Itapecerica da Serra" whereabouts, my family and I always stop for lunch at this restaurant "Rancho do Vinho". Itapecerica is a small town some 40 minutes from Sao Paulo capital. This restaurant is located by the "Regis Bitencourt" road, after the entrance of the city.
It used to be just a small shop with a couple of tables and it grew tremendously in the last 5/6 years, to be a big and very good steak house. They have a buffet with salads and all sorts of homemade food (lasanha, black beans, rice, french fries, vegetables…) and meats in the system of "rodízio", which means that meats are served at your table by waiters that pass with different options (chicken, sausages, pork, cuts of beef like Brazilian "piranha", and their specially, which is "costela" - ribs). If you don't like fat, you must mentioned, because the ribs are suppose to be really fat to be delicious.
Their shop also grew, offering many products from country side, like homemade sweets, cheese, sausages, bread.
It's a simple and informal atmosphere and the staff is quite friendly. During lunch time on Sundays the place is packed. So it's advisable to get there early, before 13:00.

I got there just by chance while driving south of Sao Paulo, because this large restaurant is right on BR116. Its main hall is a meat rodizio, but there is also a separate Japanese section. SInce I had eaten too much meat the day before, I opted for the Japanese fare. Excellent choice! Their sushi/sashimi platter was the best I had during my trip to Brazil. I was so enthralled that I went there again after a few days, on my way back to SP, to try another combination of raw fish, and my first excellent impression was confirmed. Service is outstanding and prices very reasonable.

Boas opções para refeições são encontradas no Posto e Churrascaria 41.
Um buffet farto de salada plantada no local que inclui alface, rúcula e azedinho. Uma estação cheia de comida campeiro também está inclusa.
O churrasco é bom com opções de picanha com alho, costela, alcatra, frango, porco e costela de ripa.
O serviço e' atencioso.

Um ótimo lugar para jantar com a família ou com amigos, ótimos pratos, super saborosos e um clima gostoso em noites de verão, algumas vezes que frequentei o lugar havia músicas ao vivo,clima super aconchegante e agradável,não dá vontade de ir embora.

Os combinados são muito caros. Entre a opção de 02 pessoas e 03 pessoas, a diferença de valores é grande, e a diferença é de 13 peças.
Os temakis são bem servidos e com preço justo.
A entrega é feita rápida e com maquina de cartão.
Não gosto muito dos itens com atum, tenho a impressão que o atum deles não é muito saboroso.
