the place is quaint and just like its name, the food is so so precious, meaning, its so good. service is good. One does not mind the long wait sometimes as food compensates for it.

I was wondering how Pinakbet pizza might taste because in the Philippines, Pinakbet is considered as a viand. To my surprise, it was really good. It's pizza includes veggie toppings like okra, tomatoes, string beans, onions, and bitter gourd that is topped with mozzarella cheese. Yummy! It's a must try when you visit Ilocos Norte located near Paoay Church.

We went here for dinner.
The ambience and decorations of the place were just amazing! Parking though is quite a problem if there are a lot of people eating.
The food we ordered were pinakbet pizza, poque pizza, fondue, dragonfruit ice cream and some pasta. Overall, the food was tasty and had interesting taste. The ice cream was really creally but didnt taste much like dragon fruit.
The staff though werent attentive.
Its an affordable and classy place if you pass by laoag.

Breakfast is complementary if you stay, one free breakfast per night of lodging. Then late night, I tried the dragon fruit ice cream and ube ice cream as well. The first one was great, the latter not something to write home about. Saramsam's Poque-poque is not for the virginal palate but a real Ilocano treat indeed.

We had our first decent meal here when we arrived Ilocos. We ordered Crispy Dinuguan, Imbaliktad (Half-cooked beef with Bile juice), Baby Back Ribs, and Bagnet Pinakbet. All taste great served with Iced cold Coca-cola. Servers were nice and attentive so you could really feel their hospitality there. When we were about to leave the place, three music men serenade our table and sang Ilocano songs. Overall, experience and food is great and awesome. Surely a decent and fancy place to have lunch or dinner when you visited Laoag.

Food: Ordered Spicy binagoongan, poqui poqui, bagnet and inihaw na pusit on a late night. Loved the spicy binagoongan and ice cold beer!
Location: Along the highway. Stayed in a hotel just opposite this restaurant so it was quite convenient for me.
Parking: Ample parking space, restaurant is within the gasoline station property
Service: Good service by friendly staff.
Ambiance: Lively atmosphere, music and TVs played simultaneously. No problem with that as I was there to dine only
Value: Affordable

Directly adjacent to the Bangui Windmills, we were pleasantly surprised at the speed of the food service ( given how jaded we had become because of our previous experiences in other restos) We tried the kaldereta and pinakbet with bagnet which we found immensely satisfying. You also get an option to eat at one of their Cabanas fronting the windmills and coast. Pretty affordable too, highly recommended!

We weren't guests at Casa Consuelo but we dined at their restaurant twice during our stay in Pagudpud. We loved their KBL, grilled pusit, and pinakbet with bagnet. Servings of the three dishes were good enough for 3 people. We also tried their sizzling sisig for dinner, but we found it wasn't to our liking as it had too much pork fat. I would still dine here though, and I still think it offers better-value and overall higher quality of food than Kapuluan where we stayed, and whose dishes we have also tried. Their take on Ilocano dishes are spot-on (we are also Ilocano, so we know).
Ambiance was also great, staff were very attentive, and prices were quite affordable.

One of the more upscale establishments downtown, and a good stop for lunch if you're coming from the museums and historical landmarks near the town plaza. The menu is extensive. Staff recommended the paella, which came with a lot of bagnet and longganisa bits. While it isn't my best meal there it was tasty and very filling, as they use brown rice.
The staff was helpful and very attentive. One of the owners even swung by our table to chat, which seemed to happen everywhere we dined in Laoag and Pagudpud -- the people there were quite friendly.
