Haenertsburg is a tiny town in the misty Mountains of the Magoebaskloof. We recently spent a delightful couple of days there and Minki's Coffee Shop and Deli was a great find.
They have a great breakfast menu and the stunning coffee is served in jug-sized mugs. We bought a packet of their ground beans to take with us on the rest of our holiday. We also bought some other bottled relishes and goodies they had on sale. We also visited in the afternoon and enjoyed their delicious carrot cake. This is definitely a place to visit if you find yourself in Haenertsburg,

Warm, Friendly, Fun Atmosphere. Professional Chef. Best burgers in Limpopo. Sunday Roasts. Beer on tap. 5 Big screen TV's
We went here on the June 16t Youth Day holiday. The service wasnt very excellent.
There are NO cappuccinos on the menu. The food was average. Granted it was early in the morning. I'm sure this place comes alive during the evenings and afternoons, there aren't many watering holes in Haenertsberg but this was a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat and have a drink.
The locals are regulars here so having a chat with them will give you an idea of what life is like in this tiny little town nestled between the Mountains. You should definitely visit this place.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and you don't have to wait long for very tasty pizzas. They are offered in three different sizes and the select is large enough. One can also swap out items you would rather not eat. We were made to feel very welcome sitting at a peaceful table in the garden with our two puppies.

This lovely Restaurant was opened by a gentleman with the name Horst. He used to be the previous General manager of Magoebaskloof Hotel. It has since been sold to new owners. The food, the staff and the overall value for money experience remains the same. Definitely recommend this Restaurant!

Friendly, relaxing atmosphere where friends and family meet with inside or outside Seating. Here friends become family in the heart of Haenertsburg.
We yet again enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere at this little Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Haernetsburg. Wait was long, but owner did inform us before Seating us. But the quality of food was worth the wait!

Looking for a cosy, homely place to enjoy a breakfast, a piece of cake or cheesecake, pot pies, or a bunny chow? The Village Kitchen is your kind of place! Now licenced! Visit us for the best coffee in town. Espresso, Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, regular coffee, tea, hot chocolate...we have it all. Locally made cordials from Kuhestan and Zwakala, our local craft beer are firm favourites!
We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good. It was a pleasant surprise. There was an unacceptable noise of a worker, but that was addressed professionally.

The location of this restaurant on a working blueberry farm is enhanced by great views that are best enjoyed from the verandah. We were once again made to feel so welcome and our two Beagles were made to feel like guests too, with a water bowl being brought for them. Our Henry could enjoy the happenings of the working farm while we enjoyed the food celebration! The menu changes on a weekly basis but we are yet to be anything but very impressed. Renee has a real flair for creating wonderful dishes.
We look forward to our next visit already!
We offer contemporary home cooked meals from simple flapjacks to sophisticated mustard sauces and everything in between. We also offer Vegetarian and Vigan options
