Beautiful food, really nice surroundings and the staff would alter the menu slightly to suit. Will be back again for sure!

The restaurant has now been judged as Worcestershire's number One Dining Venue for 2016 and will represent the county in the All England Finals for Culinary Excellence . The restaurant in aimed primarily at classical dining with an emphasis towards locally sourced products where possible and then artistically composed within the menu by a professional team of chefs to offer a theatrical dining experience! Service is just as important as is the ambiance and attention is applied across the board to ensure that your experience of dining here is a pleasant one. The restaurant is set within the Gothic Victorian Cotford Hotel and has been recently refurbished to bring it up to date , yet retaining a quaint touch of the Victorian era. Having been awarded and maintained its 2nd AA rosette for culinary excellence in 2008 it has now developed an enviable reputation within the county for affordable quality and consistency. The future is to continue along the theme of sourcing and re-sourcing new and exciting dishes to make our customers smile.
This place is a piece of class . It has fantastic service, a lovely ambiance and the food is generally very good. However, the portions are tiny. Two scallops for the starter, which wasn't cheap. Puddings are teaspoon sized. It is well cooked and presented, but for the price there is just far too little. I was hungry later in the evening after spending a lot of money. Not sure I would return on that basis.

Established in 1987, Anupam is the oldest Indian restaurant in Malvern and a proud member of the Malvern community. Located in the heart of Great Malvern and a stone's throw from the theatre, makes it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family for all occasions. The first floor restaurant has succeeded for the past 24 years through reputation and recommendation of its' delicious food and exemplary service. We emphasise in producing Indian food of unrivaled quality using prime fresh ingredients to make a menu which has evolved over the years to produce what we believe caters to every taste. As well as new dishes, many signature Anupam dishes have been on the menu since the restaurant first opened in 1987! The knowledgable staff are more than happy to help you choose the right dish for you, the chef can even make a dish specific to your tastes. As for dessert, we are proud to say we produce the majority of our desserts on site. The Anupam also boasts a large wine list made by Robin Jones, which is regularly updated and at an extremely reasonable price. We also have a wide range of beers and soft drinks, including local drinks, "Hereforshire Pale Ale", "Stowford Press", "Clive's Farm juices" and of course Malvern's infamous spring water by "Holywell".The Anupam wishes to extend it's welcome to all those wishing to experience quality food and drink in an atmosphere that encourages them to simply enjoy.
This restaurant opened just over 30 years ago, about the same time we moved to Malvern. It has been our absolute favourite ever since. The food cannot be faulted, quality ingredients perfectly cooked. The service is excellent, very friendly and efficient. We hope to continue our visits for many years to come.

I've often walked past this quaint little restaurant, so when organising a family get together for pre-theatre dinner, I was excited to have the opportunity to eat here.
We were definitely not disappointed! The food is delicious - every one of us finished everything on our plates! I would urge you not to be deterred by the interior (which is pleasant but a bit café-style), the food is fantastic and the service was spot on.
I had chicken souvlaki which tasted exactly as it does in Greece, very well-executed! My mum had rib-eye steak which of course I had to try and it was perfectly tender. My partner had seafood risotto which was cooked to perfection.
Will definitely be returning!!

Malvern, in the heart of the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire
We found this place by accident. It appeared to have a good selection of food at a reasonable price. The tearoom is upstairs and I didn't see a disabled lift so I presume access may be limited.
We had soup followed by cake. The food was lovely. It was tasty and seemed to be homemade with a delightful selection of cakes and scones to choose from. There were gluten free and dairy free choices too.
Unfortunately we found the service really lacking. We tried to make simple conversation with the man serving and he just blanked us completely. We asked for water with our soup and said we would save our tea to have with a slice of cake afterwards. He never bothered coming back to take our tea and cake order and we had to find him. We also asked for our bill and he just said ok, after about 20 minutes we realised you just had to mill around the stairs until he bothered to come and take your money.
This was such a shame. We loved the quaintness of the tearoom and the yummy food but being made to feel unwelcome does not make us want to rush back!

Quiet weekday night just after Christmas holidays and no slippage in welcome, service and quality of food and drink. Always a friendly welcome, with a great selection of beers and wines. Relaxing over drinks while studying the menu and specials board, taken to our table when meal was ready. Tip top service and really good food. Always worth a detour if thinking about it.

We stopped off here for lunch on the way back from a short break in Hereford. Very impressed by the stylish, calm ambience - very classy. Excellent menu selection, which we also thought very good value for money. Good service, a nice cocktail list and really lovely food - we wish we lived closer!

The restaurant provides value for money is paramount without compromising quality. Wherever possible produce is sourced locally and is always freshly prepared and home-made.
We arrived home after our holiday and found the cupboard was bare and the rain pouring down! We decided 'The Swan' would be a suitable finale for our adventure and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We both had fish and chips which we seldom choose when out and very good they were too. The batter was so light and crisp. We chose chocolate fondant for dessert and this too was delectable. Not many people had ventured out on such an evening but we're glad we did!

Real Ale. Real Food. Real people
Recommended this pub by our B&B hosts and didn't disappoint. Best to book Friday and Saturday apparently. Restaurant part is a bit quirky, but warm and comfortable. Good selection on the menu - we had the pie which was VERY filling! Veg cooked properly - not mushy - and drinks good value. Staff pleasant and friendly. A little out of the way - specially in the dark - but with the directions of som friendly locals we found it.
PS rating button not working on I pad so very good service and food, good value
