We had the buffet and it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and the setting is lovely too. This is family run by the Payet's...they've been doing this for a very long time and are always seeking to provide the best service. The price is justified by the quality of the food and the service.

The ultimate in fine dining Set right on the beach, the Cafe des Arts Restaurant has earned its reputation as the best restaurant in Seychelles by creating outstanding mouth-watering dishes served in the most amazing setting. Seafood and epicurean dishes are the main attractions, making the restaurant the address not to be missed. The art is in the attention to detail and the fresh ingredients served to perfection with refined service and a touch of class. By day it is a sophisticated yet relaxed beach dining experience and by night the whole atmosphere transforms into a chic and elegant high-class restaurant with a sumptuous decor. Cafe des Arts is synonymous with gastronomy at its finest. The "Blue Octopus Bar" serves cocktails and other drinks. NOTE: Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
This is a step up from other restaurants in Praslin. The food us pretty good, we had fresh tuna sashimi&sushi with a capers-sauce which where very fresh and nice. The chicken with garlic mash and tropical sauce was warm, succulent and great in taste. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere very relaxing. Will return and try the lunch next time which have a different menu.

Bonbon plume is a restaurant located just adjacent to the Anse Lazio beach. The place is neat and has wooden furniture. The menu is limited but they serve different kinds of sea food and drinks. The dishes taste great though it is little expensive. A good place to relax and have tasty lunch at the beach.

One expresso cost £6 or $9. Otherwise it is in a quite good location and though I did not try the main menu it looks like a good mix of local and western dishes.Dear Peter, Thanks for the review however I think it was meant for another restaurant as our expresso is actually less than £3 (2.75 to be exact). Cheers,

It starts at 7:30pm and offers a huge buffet of different sides like fish salad, lenses, cucumber and tomato salad, grilled aubergines, octopus, potatos, etc... the chef is grilling fish, chicken and beef. My husband tried the fish and I had the steak and it was just perfect! Meat was soft and medium done and everything was very delicious. We also tried 2 cocktails but they were a bit strong for our taste. As it was raining heavily they closed the sides.
Though it is all you can eat and though we enjoyed it a lot, it comes at a high price. For to Times Buffet and two cocktails and one water we paid over 80€.

PKs was recommended by the owner of the villas where we were staying.
The restaurant is on a bus route, but quite a climb up from the road. Easier access if you have a car…..
We didn't make a reservation for late lunch and were able to have a table at the front with a wonderful view.
Service was friendly, the menu interesting (including some Japanese noodle dishes) and the atmosphere just perfect.

We are a small family run café and take away offering simple home cooked traditional creole dishes. If you want to experience how Seychellois eats then we are the place to come. Our service comes with a friendly smile but during busy time you will have to bear with us as we are a small team of three. We have no dress code as we want you to feel at home when you dining with us,we have BBQ fish every night and you don't have to reserve. Just walk in. If you would like us to come and collect you at your hotel/guest house we provide low cost transfer.
We walked to this restaurant done it was the only one with good rating close to our hotel. Unfortunately despite having it advertised on the board, there was no fish BBQ on Monday.
The regular food they offered was just simple take away food which normally we wouldn't have ordered.
Since the village however has very few hotels, I fully understand that it's not really targeted towards tourists.
The owner was however friendly, that's why it's still a 3 star review.

We went there twice. the indian vegetarian food is tough to find but this place has quite taste and authentic indian food. We were allowed to use our bottle of liquor at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed the evening as well as the food. The mbience was just ok but service was really good. It was expensive to the ambience but for the food quality it was fine.
