I visited this place with family on 30/09/2017 for Dinner. The place was quite crowded and we asked to wait for 20 minutes and got seats around the same time. While we were waiting, customers waiting out were complaining about the mismanagement and waiting time for the food to be served at the table . One family took almost 180 minutes to leave the place . Horrible. Glass which were given to us they must have taken the glasses from another table and didnot wash the glass and placed it on our table I noticed the marks of fingers on the glass and food. They changed when I complained. I ordered chicken malai tikka and soups as starters. they took 45 mins to serve tikka and didnot serve me the soups. I ordered the main course simultaneously looking at the crowd they another half an hour to serve me main course after serving me tikkas... I would not have mind if food have been good. But trust me food was pathetic. May be because of crowd they were not able to handle. But looking at the used utensils they were placing from one table to another...this is unforgiving. So Avoid it.

Avatar is one of the three restaurants in Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaushambi. It specializes in non-veg items and have both a-la-carte as well as buffet menu. Food is good and reasonably prices considering it is a five star hotel. A worth visit for people around Ghaziabad, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Indirapuram.
Pros:
1. Location is good - right on the road connecting NH-24
2. Ambiance is kind of ok - nothing extraordinary to boast about
3. Wide variety in the buffet menu - 6 items of veg/non-veg salads, 4 starters (try their fish items - they are too good to resist)
4. Variety of cheese (around 4 ) to choose from
5. Main course is also good (well cooked mutton and lamb)
Cons:
1. Service need to be improved (had to ask for getting my glass of water to be filled)
2. Decor is just ok nothing fancy - just regular like in any other five star hotel
3. Soup was really bad - never had so bad soup in any restaurant
4. Grilled lamb was cold so difficult to cut and chew
5. Desserts have regular items only (pastries, cakes etc) - though halwa was really delicious
Overall a nice restaurant for spending an evening on special occasions. Dinner buffet price at 1600 per person including all taxes. Worth visiting again.

I have only had great things to talk about any of the haldirams outlet I have visited till the time I had been to this one. Huge place with a lot of tables but the service was just not up to the haldirams standards, neither was the food. We ordered khandvi, dhokla and a glass of buttermilk. Khandvi tasted like it was from the previous day and even the buttermilk wasn't fresh.

Eaten here probably a hundred times and always loved the food. From tunday galawati kebabs to Mutton Boti kebab to biryani everything had been perfect always. Their service is prompt too. It's very reasonably priced. This is the best place on this area for non vegetarian lovers.
