We previously visited Playa Marina two years ago and enjoyed its location to the beach but the prices have escalated making it a very expensive brunch/lunch. Food is nice but being charged 0.70 cent for a sachet of mayo, on top of overpriced dishes, really left a sour taste.

We visited here in February, a very slow time for Mallorca. A huge number of restaurants were closed for the winter, but we didn't realise that when we went in search of dinner. Everywhere we looked was completely dark, but the lights were on in this place, projecting a golden glow out onto the sidewalk. The street was empty, so we parked across the street and walked in at about 7:45 in the evening. We were the first people there! But by the time we left, others were arriving (after 9 pm). We had a lovely wine, starters, and meals (I had the pork, and it was tender and delicious). The proprietor was attentive but not intrusive, and we enjoyed the intimacy and warmth of the restaurant as well as the food.

When we visited last time we intended to return for the Paella which we did. What a good decision. Having eaten countless Paellas on the island of Mallorca this was definitely the best ever. The white wine - the Pescadores went perfectly with it too. The welcome was fantastic, the service friendly and the bill reasonable. Much more pleasant now the new roundabout and wall is finished, it feels more secluded.

Visited this restaurant at Val d'Or Golf recently for one of their Friday night barbecues and was thoroughly pleased by all aspects of the occasion except the weather (it was raining!) a vast array of starters were available for the taking...soup, wraps, mini quiches, spring rolls, sushi, salads, langoustines, mocked salmon, fish cakes and all appropriate accompaniments and sauces. Mains choices were a variety of barbecued meats - pork, beef, chicken, lamb - plus sausages, fish, rice and vegetables. Desserts were tiramisu, banoffee pie, crèmes brûlées, babas, profiteroles, fruit salads etc. All in all a fantastic spread with excellent service, and very good value to boot!

We visited twice this trip and can't wait until we return to Mallorca on June. We will however only be able to visit in the evening then as there temporary staffing problems so will miss the lunchtime set menu.
Anna and Benni look after everyone so well, the atmosphere is lovely and the food excellent. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

We chanced upon this unpretentious cafeteria on New Year's Day, when many other places were firmly shut! And despite no menu and no English, we enjoyed a four course lunch with wine, water and coffee, for 10 Euros each - beat that!
As soon as we sat down, with some clearly local customers, we were approached by one of the two lady owners, who offered us soup from the tourine she was carrying, or pasta: she then presented us with cutlery and one bottle each of rose wine and water con- and sin- gaz!
These were then followed by a main course of chicken or fish - each with vegetables - an ice cream or creme caramel desert, and coffee.
And when, overwhelmed by these simple and inexpensive offerings, we departed leaving thirty Euros, she ran after us, insisting that this was too much!
But don't take our word for it, try it for yourselves: it's in the main square near the Fountain and opposite the old railway station (hence the name) and with free parking in the road.

Went there with friends and really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.
After a warm welcome, we had a greeting from the kitchen which was very good. The starters bruschettas and caprese were very tasty and nicely arranged. Main course was pizza and they were all very good and we enjoyed it very much.
We'll certainly return next time?
We can really recommend this place for a crowd with vegetarians and beef eaters.
Located in the center city of Felanitx on a nice place is also a plus.

We re closed, for few months as we re making big changes, <br>Soon more news about us
It was a memorable evening, at the table under the freshly painted aquarium in this cosy welcoming restaurant. The food was excellent, beautifully arranged and perfectly seasoned, the owner who had do cook, serve and chat all in one until his girlfriend came to assist him, was very entertaining. We felt at home from the very first moment and enjoyed every minute and bite of our diner. It was relaxing to look at the blue ocean the chef had painted on the wall himself that very weekend - don't paint too many lobsters and fishes there, it might give people a crowded feeling. Less is more ;-)

Precio normal.
