Perched serenely on the banks of a sparkling river, Eskilstuna is a charming medieval city in southeast Sweden. The trees near the towering Klosters church boast great puffs of pink blossoms, making for cinematic springtime. The Parken Zoo features animals from all over the world, including an impressive Komodo Dragon.

This place does not serve authentic chinese cuisine. More like Swenese cuisine i.e. customised chinese stuff. Having said that, the quality and taste isn't all bad, depending on what you order. I noticed that most staff there are chinese/cantonese, so they might be able to whip up the real deal. Pity they didn't. Perhaps, the swedes does not like the real chinese stuff?

Well, it started off not so well when we went to the main restaurant (on one side of the road) and was told that, without a reservation, there was no chance on the Friday night we were there for a table....as we could see, it was full. What was surprising and put me off a bit is that they didnt even suggest we check out their sister restaurant....right across the road called Den Andra Sidan. We suggested the idea to them and they said they didnt know if it was full or not....but feel free to check. Not so impressive....why didnt they suggest it right away?
But things improved from there. We went over and asked and they said...plenty of room. We went and were treated to fantastic service, very good food and a pleasant atmosphere. My wife and I had great tapas and red wine while our nine year old son had a satisfying pasta. All went well. We were enamored with the social Australian and Spanish waiters we had. The home-made desserts were a must to try. Recommended!

English style. Wide selection of beer and whiskey. Several dishes on the menu. Very nice service and moderate prices.

We enjoyed a traditional meal in this characterful wooden restaurant. Nice touches such as breads, salad and coffee and homemade biscuits laid out in the original kitchen all included as part of the lunch to help ourselves to.
The Elk meatballs with mashed potatoes were delicious, just the sort of Swedish food we were hoping to eat!
The restaurant is situated within the historical Rademacher forges village, worth a walk around Reading the information boards and the preserved wooden buildings.

Dined here over Midsummer Celebration weekend. Spacious, clean dining area. Pretty average eating experience. Limited menu on a Sunday (even during festival period)...and therefore could/should have been more inventive choice-wise. Prawn linguine tasty, pizzas enjoyed....starters average. No tiramisu!! Italian restaurant!!! Other dessert selection mediocre. Reasonable wine selection.
Staff served food with a degree of efficiency. No real engagement otherwise. Shame it was it our last eating out night in Sweden.

Met some friends here early one Friday evening. Wine by the glass was fine, pizzas nicely baked and my gluten free pasta with pesto, parmesan and prawns was a generous and very tasty portion. Try and book well in advance though - it's understandably popular and fills up quickly. My only quibble is that they don't do gluten free pizzas. And there is a given number of portions of gluten free pasta...I didn't know that, but I was lucky that early in the evening...

A wonderful café with great salads. Large portions. The sandwiches are also really nice. Always fresh. You have to try the mazarines. They are amazing! Very attentive and friendly staff.

This is a very cozy restaurant and the food was very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has got two different choices of menu, first the ordinary menu where you can pick what every you want and then they have two different three course menus. One whit fish and the other one whit meat. The menu cost about 45 EUR.
I recommend that you book a table if you want to eat here, its a crowded and popular restaurant.

We ate later in the evening, had excellent service and very good Indian food. Though at the time they did not have an English Menu our Swedish guest was able to help us through. The three of us each ordered something different and we shared our dishes. The restaurant is quite close to a shopping center with a variety of stores.
