We looked forward to a meal at Azzurro after Reading the positive reviews and weren't disappointed. The restaurant was busy when we arrived but although we hadn't booked we were quickly shown to a table and given menus. The service was good throughout our meal from starters to coffee which added to the experience. I can see why this is voted among the best restaurants in El Cotillo. Lovely food, well presented and an enjoyable experience for my wife and I. Garlic prawns for starter and Tagliette in a cheese bowl for mains for my wife. I had goat's cheese for starter with seafood for mains. Delicious. I would suggest booking in advance as this establishment is likely to become very very busy in peak times. Including drinks and coffee the bill came to €54. Not cheap but top quality so no complaints.

Came here for dinner and found the menu containing a good mixture of local dishes. The restaurant overlooks the kitchen so you can watch your meal being prepared. The owner and his wife are really friendly and provide service with a smile.
Upon paying the bill, I was given too much change which I pointed out and even more change was returned. I found that amusing as it is so seldom that the error goes in the customer's direction. Would come back for a low key evening.

Some of the dishes were served cold, some of the dishes ordered did not arrive, no offer of a second drink, other than the octopus / prawns dish - lacked taste across the board.
We have eaten there many times before though not sure we will again on this trip to the Island.

My daughter, my 4 year old grandson and myself ate here twice during our 7 night stay. I had the seafood tagliolini on both occasions and was not disappointed at all. Children's pasta bolognese was good as was my daughter's ravioli dishes. Service was friendly and I would recommend a visit.

Find out the mediterranean flavours of the authentic italian cousine, enjoyng the breathtaking view on one of the most fascinating spot of Fuerteventura
Stopped off here last week for a quick drink before catching the bus. One large beer and a coffee was 14 euros. The most expensive drinks that we found in 2 weeks travelling. She maybe made a mistake but it only sunk in when we were on the bus how expensive it had been. Watch out.

Restaurant avec 2 terrasses et un salon face au vieux port de el cotillo <br>situe calle Requena n9
Our meal here was the end to a perfect day, we sat outside right on the end above the harbour, watching the waves crash in and the sun go down. We asked for a certain table and nothing was to much trouble from the friendly, welcoming staff. Then the food came!! And it was incredible, we had the seafood paella for 2, it was so fresh and generous with the seafood. Prawns, king prawns, mussels, cockles, small octopus, baby squid, squid rings and fresh chunks of white fish, etc. Absolutely Beautiful. Thank you "La vaca azul"

Decided this looked the nicest restaurant out of the ones in the immediate area. We were parked by the little harbour and had walked up the steps, it seemed better than the cramped parking in the narrow streets. We don't tend to eat starters, but I was very jealous of peoples sizzling prawns in garlic, it looked and smelt divine. I had half a (huge) chicken, that came with chips, vegetables and a very small amount of a wine flavoured gravy. The meal was massive, the 'gravy' was lovely, it could have done with much more of it. We didn't have dessert as we were stuffed.
When we left I went to use the toilets, just as I was locking the door, the lights went out. It was pitch black in there, I managed to open the door and go out to ask what was going on. It was obviously more than just a timer light. Language difficulties not prevailing, another customer informed me shortly after the lights were back on. Could have been quite scary if you hated pitch black, enclosed spaces!

Quaint little restaurant altho more like a glorified pizza takeaway.
Pizza was fantastic. Massive size very authentic. Slightly burnt on the edge but it's cooked the traditional way.
Tomatoes taste wonderful.
Pizza and drink only they don't do sides or puddings, just olives and garlic bread starters. Pizza very filling though.
Defo worth visiting if ur here but a Takeout will do it.

This is a wonderful little bar/restaurant right by the old harbour in El Cotillo with a great view of the sea. The owner is always friendly and charming. The food is delicious and cheap, they do lovely breakfasts with a great choice of specialty teas. Always some relaxed music playing and this is a fantastic place to spend an hour or two with a beer or a coffee. Highly recommended
