As recommended by the owner of the pension we were staying at, we visited Melodi restaurant.
This establishment is located on Yeşilada, and offers a nice view of the lake (Eğirdir Gölü).
We ordered the lake fish, which was served with half a boiled potato, a few leafs of rucola and some slices of tomato; if you are hungry, do order more! The fish itself was so-so. It certainly was fresh, but lacked distinctive taste.
Service was ok, and the price was reasonable (70TL or €30 for 3 main courses, 1 starter, salad and non-alcoholic beverages).

The restaurant is situated on Yeşıl Ada ("green island"), a small island connected to the town of Eğirdir by a short causeway on a lake with the same name. We ordered the fish "special" (battered sea bass, which appeared to have been battered, literally) and the "Bif tek" (beaf steak), the latter resembling something from a horror movie and as tender as an old, used running shoe. The plates were full of stuff goats love to eat and in between it, the fish and bif. Maybe, for the time of year and being out of season, we had this experience. Not worth my hard-earned cash.

This restaurant is in a good location in the centre of Egirdir next to the Fountain. It doesn't look much from the outside but we had a very good meal here. I had the mixed kebap plate to myself which had almost everything on it and could have easily done two people. My wife had another dish on the waiters recommendation and was very pleased with it. I don't think you can go too wrong with anything you choose from what we saw.
The waiters were a good laugh and managed to name 10 out of the 12 teams in the SPL which was quite impressive.

Pazar kahvaltısı için Isparta'da daha iyi bir mekan bulamazsınız. Manzara harika, garsonlar ve işletme sahipleri çok sıcak ve güleryüzlü. Yemekler deseniz tarif edemem mutlaka denemeniz gerekir.

The Lake Egirdir is the fourth biggest lake in Turkey. Since the lake is an important sweet water reservoir, the area around the lake is under the environmental conservation. The hill where the nomadic tend (Yoruk Konagi) located is overlooking the lake. In terms of scenic view and authentic features (presenting the nomadic Turks life features), I recommend you to visit the hill and and the tent café. If you are a nature lover and adnevturer traveller, I strongly recommend you to visit there.

During our weekend long trip to this region, we had lunch at this restaurant on the banks of Egirdir Lake. The ambiance was very nice, calm, serene with magnificient lake view.
The staff was very friendly and warm yet their service level was just amateurish. Maybe that's because we were a large group of around 23 people and it was too much for such a small Enterprise, I don't know the exact reason, but it took long time to give orders and our drinks were not yet served when we had our main course.
The meals were just okay, nothing delicious or outstanding. But despite all these factors, I liked the atmosphere, the calmness, the warmness of the people.

Sadece karnınızı doyurmakla kalmıyorsunuz, dost sohbeti havasında Eğirdir hakkında bilgi alıyor ve adeta gülümseyerek çıkıyorsunuz:) Köfteler çok lezzetli.Usta her bir köfteyi sanki evladından ayrılırcasına tabir yerindeyse herbirini okşayarak kömür ateşine koyuyor.Tahın Karması tatlı olarak sunuluyor.Servis,köfteler ve Güngör Usta hepsi mükemmel, ortam rahat ve huzurlu.TV vs. gürültü yok;köfteleriniz ve siz mutlu, huzurlu zaman geçiriyorsunuz:)

This not so obvious place serves freshly caught fish from their fish ponds in the garden.
You might be surprised what you get when you just order fish from the oven that comes with a simple side salad and some bread. We paid 25 TL for two persons, and ate more than enough.
The place is very basic and do not expect a five star restaurant, but the food is absolutely delicious!
The restaurant has the opportunity to sit outside or inside. In winter it might be a good idea to bring your warm sweater as the place it not heated.
Definitely worth a visit when you are on your way to Zindan Mağarası for a cave walk, as the restaurant is located on the last crossroad before the cave.
To get to the cave it is easiest to drive to the village Aksu/Isparta 32510 and follow the signs for the cave. You will pass by the restaurant on the way.
A local experience worth a visit when you are in the area.
