Sweeping lake vistas are the ideal accompaniments to generous breakfasts and great dining experiences with family and friends. Our signature Savour Muskoka inspired dining room is known for locally-inspired menus, bountiful buffets, Muskoka’s longest running Sunday brunch and experienced and courteous service.
The Sunday brunch at Eclipse (Deerhurst) is definitely worth it! A little pricey, but the staff are very attentive and friendly. The brunch spread is divine; especially the omelette station, hot items, and dessert(!). I didn't need to eat again for the rest of the day! Make sure to make a reservation for Sunday brunch.

The Norsemen Restaurant is a staple in Muskoka. Casual fine dining with a French inspired menu! We have live music each month from a local artist and Special Events that are sure to WOW any guest! With a newly renovated space, the restored original oak floors create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping the "Old Muskoka" charm. The restaurant is closed for the season re-opening May 5th with a special "Black Fly" Wine Night. A 4-course meal each paired with a selected wine and a tasting with somelier, Brendan Jerome! Call us to book your tickets today!
This restaurant is out-of-the-way. You cannot walk from most hotels in the area. We had a family meal there and my coconut-curry vegetarian dish was just awful. I had expected a nice Thai curry (most common with coconut) and was surprised by and Indian curry. The waitress could not tell me which vegetables would be in the curry and I could not figure it out (other than sweet potato, chick peas and carrot). My husband ordered the fish of the day, which was said on the menu to be accompanied by sweet pea risotto. Well, it was rice and peas, but not a creamy rissoto. The prices on the menu are quite high for Muskoka and one would expect better food and the food to match what is said on the menu. Also, if you order the carrot cake for dessert, you get two large sized pieces of cake - but there is no cream cheese icing (or any icing). I ordered the flourless chocolate cake and received something that appeared to be a small brownie (much smaller than the carrot cake). There was nothing spectacular about the meal - except the company at my table.
I should also mention that many of our wine glasses has large food particles and we had to send the glasses back to the kitchen. When wine came to the table, I never did get a wine glass and was never served a drink. No server ever asked me if I was drinking the wine ordered for the table or whether I wanted a beverage other than water. No one really seemed to care that were were all happy.

We had kids and adults with us, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The kid's meal of fish and chips was amazing, very large piece of fish and delicious chips for $6.99. Their hamburgers aren't huge, but definitely homemade and cooked just right. They don't come with fries, but are priced such that when you order fries, the price comes out to the same as other pubs when offered as a package. The Rueben Sandwich was raved about as was the roast beef Sandwich which was the special of the day. They offer great craft beer, as well as reasonably priced house wine. The server was very kind and efficient. There is lots of parking available, so that should not be an issue. As for prices, we found them fair on sandwiches etc., but I agree that they did have some pretty high priced entrees.

Great restaurant. Nice setting, clean, spacious (tables aren’t crammed together), friendly staff.
Breakfast food was also great. Not your typical “greasy” breakfast. Multigrain bread, decent sausage that doesn’t feel processed or filled with grease. The back bacon, eggs, and home fries were all delicious and not over cooked. I also sampled my wife’s leftover French toast. Also delicious. Two big pieces of multi grain bread.

This location was at the end of the road near a cottage that we rented. Wished we visited it earlier during our stay.
Went there before a trip to Algonquin Park and was so impressed by the selection and delectable baked goods to choose from.
Amazing danish but the sandwiches are the big draw and sell fast...so get them in the morning even if you want one for lunch.
Line ups first thing in the morning.

Cottaged in this area and went in for a late dinner after hiking in the park.
Love the interior, cosy with bar and televisions...an outdoorsy cabin feel.
Service was friendly. Food was okay...nothing terribly wrong except chicken on my husband's Caesar was not grilled enough.
Otherwise we had a good fill and cold beer. Generous portions.
Clean and comfortable place and staff were good to deal with.

The woman who was working when we went in was extremely friendly. She made a very yummy vegetarian Sandwich for us. They also have an assortment of gifts inside, as well as coffee and other food. We will definitely be back!I am so grateful for our amazing staff. Our goal is that no matter who you see your treated with the best service and all your needs taken care of. Hope we see you again soon.

Stopped here not knowing what to expect. The place is a real gem. Top quality ingredients are used for sandwiches, coffee, and desserts. The apple fritters are a must try. Our sandwiches were on a fantastic thick sliced rye. Lunch was much more than we expected and at a very fair price. A fritter, two sandwiches, and a coffee from a well know doughnut chain would have cost much more that at Erika's.

Stopped in for dinner and had the worst fries and gravy ever, that must have been re-heated. Burger was okay. The owner was nice and I really wanted to love it. I skipped dinner at my resort which is known for serving great food, just to try this place out. Perhaps food freshly prepared would be better had it been earlier in the day.
