Agriturismo/farmerhouse in Austrian style. Very small but very picturesque place. All is cooked in front of the client on the fire place. Foods are bio and the beer produced in the farm. I suggest this place for a very different and nice dinner mostly in the warm months: when you can eat under the stars in the open air! Medium/low price.

They are offering you all delicacies one expects to be served in an "Alm" restaurant. You are close to the cable car, so enjoy Your beer and Schnaps.

This is a charming old underground pub style restaurant. The menu had all the usual items (sausage, schnitzel etc) but also had some fish and prawn options.
Our table had the following:
Steak - good large and lean cut with potatos and veggies.
Prawn skewers with rice - prawns were lovely and fully peeled (yay!) on a skewer with vegies, comes on a bed of rice. Rice was plain with very little flavour but a nice change form meat and potatos.
Kids meal fish and chips - fish fingers and chips. Good size but real fish would have been nice.
It was a little bit more pricey then the average place. The meals were tasty and attempting to be a little for stylish then traditional places.
A real pleasure to see a variety of fish options.
We would return but only if we want to spend a little more on the meals.

Very good restaurant – reasonable prices and you get so much food! Excellent for dinner with good portions and reasonably prices. We had to select from 2 types of meals from four courses menu. Congratulations the chef for nice decorated and very tasty dishes. The restaurant offers dinner for a 20 euros/person for outside guests (excluding drinks).

Stopped off towards the end of a hard days skiing. Sampled the Germ Knodel (a type of dumpling filled with plum paste, covered in custard and with toasted poppy seed on top), fries, beer etc. All very welcome and well done
Friendly staff, choice of places to sit - inside, outside or in the conservatory. The conservatory also contains the obligatory Austrian game where you hammer nails into a large log using a hammer with a narrow blade.
Overall much better than the other places tried in the resort

Two visits here in our week. Medium to large portions with probably too much frying going on compared to UK equivalents. I suspect it is done so as not to frighten the locals. Anyway, soups were very good and the stuffed pancake and lentil dishes were well flavoured. Wine selection is small and both times the prossecco aperitifs were flat with no explanation. The young (daughter?) speaks good english. The two rooms are light and airy and the place has a nice casual feel about it. Good coffee.

We have been stopping here for years. The owners and staff are absolutely charming and friendly. We are always greeted with a drink on the house on arrival each season. Half Finnish- half Austrian Elona is the epitome of a professional waitress and is always smiling. The choice of food is outstanding; kaspressknoedel in sauerkraut, Kaiserschmarrn, when the weather is nice BBQ sausages, kasnocken....I could go on. There is always a happy atmosphere on the usually sunny Terrace. Great choice of drinks including the Enzian schnaps that has won the highest Austrian award. Wake up you rip-off Swiss alpine food outlets. This is how it should be done. You also walk away with money left in your pocket!
