Travelled through and wanted some quick and tasty to eat. Opted for pizzas and were not disappointed. Great food, served quickly, tasty and served with nice cold beers.

A great place with excellent people ,excellent food and yachting atmosphere !!!
We went there with a group of nine from our sailing boat. Our skipper recommend that restaurant in front of our boat. Normally the restaurants in the front row are not really special. The first look was the same, we thought that simple taverna can't...MoreThank you very much !!!

Ancient Corinth is a highly touristic area, so we did not expect to eat particularly good food here. We were wrong! We had 2 huge, really fresh salads and warm, homemade bread. Just perfect on a hot day. We also ordered their fresh lemonade, which was served in something like a baby-cup with a lid and a straw - perfect for keeping the wasps away! The staff were friendly too and at the end of our meal brought us 2 mini ice-creams - all that we needed after a delicious lunch.

Food is very good but there is big problem with service. Waiters are totally amateurs and they can not do their job well. It is totally but for this great effort of owner to give good quality's plates to the town.

Every single meal, from a local pitta to an international burger, is perfectly prepared. And what really assures me it's of a respectable level is its overcrowdness every now and then. The service in it is great, and its location even greater, situated in the middle of the downtown near the centrum.

Authentic sea's tastes, with unchanged quality over time, have become a reference for 3 generations.Famous tastes in every part of Greece thanks to the authenticity, the freshest ingredients and stable quality. A rich variety of seafood dishes and appetizers takes us back in time, namely in 1964, when Takis Pagona and grandfather Vlassis generously shared hosting Kavos with its first clients.Today their son, Tasos keeps the family tradition alive, reminding us daily pleasant flavors and true values of a bygone era.
We just went there for some desserts and drinks. The service was extremely slow, it took 15 minutes to get seated or even some attention from the staff after passing us several times. After the desserts, we took a nice walk along the shore line over the rocks and through the forest. Great walk!

Very good restaurant to visit if you are in the area. Stay close to the fireplace upstairs if it's cold outside. Service good and proper. The menu is quite lengthy and covers most anything you might want in a restaurant in rural Greece. Our entries and salads were mainstream but interesting done and tasty, the soups too. Then came the main dishes of which the steak was huge and properly done and the risotto very good too. Will visit again in the summer to see how the other half stacks up.

No wonder this place comes out at the top! Number one!
Food is very traditional Greek, a very welcoming staff and great "old" interior to create a great ambience.
Our second visit did not let us down. You cannot say its cheap, more mid range but worth that little extra. ALL dishes so far have been so tasty and much better than other tavernas offerings. From lamb in the oven, Imman (aubergines), pork from the oven, to sardines. Greek salad to Cretan salad.
If you dont know Loutraki, make your way to the Fountains at the end of the town then ask as it is tucked up a side street, flanked by a supermarket and a vegetable shop. Fasade is not too inviting but trust us reviewers, we tell the truth!

Very busy place, but quick service and big portions, more than we can finish. The food is tasty. Seating outside is interesting in the sunset, watching beach goers walking by. As expected, it is very windy, one must keep small item firmly pressed down!

January 2018 was the second time I was visiting this restaurant. I was there again a year ago. I can confirm that it offers consistently a big variety of high-quality meals, traditional Greek food, in a place that's warm during the Winter days. I tried this time what is marked as the one right after this here, and the quality was nowhere close. If there is one complaint, it's that the place is usually crowded. But that's a testimony to its success. Everytime that I will be visiting Trikala, I will make sure to have a meal here.
