Chipping Campden is a small market town in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, England. It is notable for its elegant terraced High Street, dating from the 14th century to the 17th century. ("Chipping" is from Old English cēping, "a market, a market-place"; the same element is found in other towns such as Chipping Norton, Chipping Sodbury and Chipping (now High) Wycombe.)

Exquisite food. Lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit.
We had scallops with artichoke puree to start. Followed by Halibut cooked to perfection. Puddings 1 chocolate and 1 pear. All very memorable and delicious. Clearly a very talented team in the kitchen.
Breakfast also a delight.
Thank you.

The Garden Room Restaurant at The Dormy is all about fabulous dining and fine wines with a menu that reworks classic dishes for a modern palate. With locally-sourced produce, including fruit and vegetables from the Farncombe Estate. During the summer months guests can dine alfresco overlooking the newly landscaped Gardens.
We were staying on the hotel's gourmet package which included the 5 course taster menu. ( The full 7 courses are available at additional cost). The food was just superb and the service was excellent. They can certainly compare to or exceed many Michelin star restaurants.

I couldn't fault a thing - the food and service was amazing.
The interior of the restaurant is lovely, with a lovely and relaxed atmosphere.
I went for the venison followed by chocolate crème, which I could descried as being one of the best meals I've enjoyed.
You shouldn't look any further if you're after a wonderful dining experience.

Eight Bells is very good dining in the small Cotswolds town of Chipping Campden. The menu is pretty wide in selection and seems to focus on local, high quality ingredients. Food is delivered piping hot and staff is attentive. Prices are moderate. The restaurant and pub is small and fills up quickly so be sure to make a reservation.

Located in the luxurious Cotswold House in the centre of Campden, Bistro-on-the-Square is the hub of the hotel, serving drinks snacks and meals throughout the day, including morning coffee, brunch and sandwiches. The Bistro has its own street entrance, an open fire and bar, as well as al-Fresco dining in the summer, on our huge garden Terrace with its own garden bar. Our specialty is a relaxed and informal dining experience with sharing platters, tapas, grills, and salads. We have a wide menu to suit all tastes, including children's menu and dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on the extensive range of Gins with various tonics and interesting garnishes. Our extensive wines by the glass range means you can enjoy a glass of superior wine without investing in a bottle. Our cocktails are shaken to order and we will happily take requests. One of the few eateries in Chipping Campden to be serving a full menu all day 7 days a week. Full afternoon Tea is available in Fig 7 days
A lovely bar restaurant in the middle of chipping campden just off the high st, this place is well worth a visit, lovely ambience and a good gin menu, 22 I think! Didn't get through them all but they have a fine selection of food, we had a mixed tapas selection which was delicious and the service is most excellent!

Chipping Campden does not have many restaurants. We were glad to find the Red Lion Inn just down the street from our B&B. We ate there twice and had good food and service both nights. I rate it at 4.5 out of 5.Thank you for your custom. We are glad that you enjoyed your visit and that you enjoyed the food. We hope to see you again in the future.

Great beer, good food, and a good atmosphere. What more can you ask for in a quaint English village? Highly recommended.

Relaxed, Stylish Dining Room serving modern British food at lunch and dinner time using the best of local ingredients. With seven individually designed bedrooms within the same building. All with en-suite bathrooms, luxury bed linen and air conditioning. Flat screen televisions, broadband internet access and original architectural features all combine to create a supremely comfortable experience. A full English breakfast is included.
Have eaten here twice now and find it pricey for what you get. Yes the food is good but the portions are a bit small. On both occasions the puddings were the best part of the meal, they were yummy. Service was good.

After a NY day walk from Moreton in Marsh the Great Western provided a lovely lunch for a party of 12 visitors to the area. The fish and chips were beautifully cooked and served. Mussels were served in a delicious white wine sauce. Lunch is served in either the bar (where dogs are welcome) or the restaurant (no dogs). Service was friendly and attentive. Blockley is a lovely Cotswold village.
