I enjoyed the Farfalle Florentine, quite flavourful, but the chicken breast strips would be tastier IN the spinach sauce rather than atop the combo, and also less dry. One friend requested the chicken Sandwich with side salad, it was reportedly tasty, but also on the dry side. Our other friend ordered the chicken Thai salad and found it flavourful.
We will probably try daily specials on a return visit.

Founded in 1948, Rossini's is one of Chatham's oldest restaurants; specializing in traditional Italian cuisine. Whether you're having a business lunch, intimate dinner, special occasion event, or a corporate meeting, Rossini's staff is there to make it happen. Everything done at Rossini's is designed to create a memorable dining experience that will have you coming back time and time again. Highly qualified chefs and serving staff will ensure that each meal will tantalize your taste buds and delight your senses.
Eddie and Berta are true restaurateurs. More than just owners, more than a cook, or a chef, more than a host and hostess, these two know how to build a wonderful business that extends both food and hospitality in many and varied ways. We have enjoyed their date nights, steak nights, special lunches, wine pairing dinners etc and they returned even more to their customers on this special evening. Wine flowed, the steaks were the largest we've had there and of course everything tasted excellent. We took my brother (a retired professional chef and restaurateur) and new sister-in-law with us and they both commented on the quality of the food and how much they enjoyed the friendliness of our hosts. Thank you once again Eddie, Berta and all you staff.

I have been going to Chatham burger since they opened they have the Most clean restaurant in Chatham hands down. Fresh burgers that have lots of flavour I recommend the banquet burger with rings but my favourite is the gyro they make their own sauce it's always over full of meat. My favourite place for Takeout.

I don't know how this place gets awards...
I ate in the restaurant 4yrs ago, food mediocre at best but the staff loudly talking to each other in the otherwise quiet and dark diningroom .
This time I got take out, cold salad rolls (seemed to be missing mint and cilantro), veggie spring rolls were good, but same sauce was served for both (I'm use to diff sauces for the diff tastes).
Veggie pad Thai had almost no tofu, prob 1 cube cut in 3. Sauce wasn't tasty to me, and it had a gristle-like ingredient I could place (1st pic)...wasn't egg... And didn't have any "freshness" from Green onion, cilantro or lime that I usually get in pad thai
More disappointed than the first time.

Visited here with a group of 7 family members celebrating a belated Christmas get together. Our waiter Mauro was the best, attentive so accommodating even took us on a tour of one of the nicely decorated retro suites. He made our special get together even...MoreThank you canadianoutbacker for such a glowing review. We'll be sure to pass on the good news to Mauro and our culinary team. Happy to hear you enjoyed everything, looking forward to seeing you again in the near future!

Yeah its a Pizza place, but they have really good wings. Our duck hunting guide took us here for dinner one night. We ordered wings, something like a calzone, but they don't call it a calzone, and we also got some fried cheese sticks. Everything was pretty good, the calzone thing was more than enough to share if you are ordering wings as well. Their wings are kinda larger, we got Thai and Greek flavored wings, both were good, but I preferred the Thai over the Greek. This was a great choice for dinner, kinda busy and they seemed to be short staffed on our visit, but this happens everywhere from time to time. Worth a return visit for sure if back in the area.

Authentic Italian cuisine in a timeless ambiance
Arrived on a snowy Friday night around 5:30 without a reservation not realizing one was required as we are from out of town. The host could not hide his annoyance and only lightened up when he took us to a table for four and we explained with apologies. Having said that, we were immediately attended to by Lynsey who was superb in her service. Always smiling, nothing was ever a bother, what else could she do for us, etc. Two of us shared a salmon pizza with spinach and asparagus and one had a margherita pizza and added Italian sausage, and one had penne pasta with sausages - which came with a salad. Warm bread quickly arrived and the requisite oil and vinegar containers were on the table as well as a side of whipped butter. The tossed salad looked better than most salads which accompany an entrée but his penne looked smothered in an overdone spaghetti sauce - however, it was enjoyed. The salmon pizza was very good but there was a taste of green peppers on it which is strong enough in itself to detract from the other nice flavors however the pizza had lots of cheese, not enough salmon but we enjoyed. The margherita pizza with Italian sausage was outstanding! Tomatoey, cheesy, with HUGE pieces of wonderful Italian sausage - I wish I had ordered that one and added lots of onions. However, it wasn't supposed to be a build-your-own pizza but I know Lynsey would have perceived it as another 'no problem.' The wine by the glass is a bit pricey but a good cross-section and several beers on tap from bottle, draft and craft brewed. I would suggest sitting as far away from the front door as possible as on a cold night there is no barrier between it and the interior consequently the center aisle seemed to be the location for those of us without Reservations. Staff a constant presence always checking on their customers and it's busy. Overall, it was a wonderful choice and wish it was closer to where we live.

Visited here recently with friends and visitors from France and Morocco.
The service was terrible as experienced by our guests in their own words. They felt unwelcome and that the servers did not want them there.
To make matters worse one of guests bought some honey and paid for it. Yet event after that the staff asked repeatedly in a sarcastic tone if she had paid for it.
This place makes an otherwise good Chatham experience HORRIBLE. The city is lovely people are nice the city deserves better than this cafe.
