Visited as a group of 4. Friendly staff and good ambience within the restaurant.
Plenty of choice within the menu and we selected a number of sharing dishes. All were piping hot and really tasty.
Everyone was really happy with the quality of the food and extensive menu available for both food and drink.
Will definitely be back!

Attended my partners works Christmas meal at this restaurant and found the food to be of a good quality and a great level of service.
The only drawback I found was that a lot of the menu seemed to have watercress as a staple part of the dishes offered which is great if you like watercress which unfortunately I don't and so avoided any dish with a mention of watercress in it, however it turned out that it really didn't matter if I avoided it or not all the starters on the table and all of the main courses came out garnished with the stuff, I think that the chef must have shares in a watercress farm somewhere.
However as I mentioned before the food was a good quality and I couldn't fault the service on a very busy Saturday night the staff kept smiling through. should we be in Burton again I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Went here on Thursday because everywhere else was closed due to snow. The monkfish chowder was superb and the best meal I have had in a long time. The service was both friendly and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. My first visit and definitely not my last.

4 of us had another excellent meal with good Asian beers on draught. My daughter is vegetarian and there is always a good choice. They now have an extensive car park.

If you like Thai food you will love this place. Its only a small restaurant but like most Thai establishments the decor is impressive. Very well presented, ample portions and delicious tasty food. Staff were very friendly but my only slight complaint would be that the service was a little slow. They got one dish wrong but it was quickly corrected. Baan mixed Thai starter for two was very good and the Gai Pud Bai Gra-poa (stir-fried chicken with Thai basil leaves, chilli, onion, pepper, garlic and Thai spicy sauce) was excellent. Another main called Plaa Yum Mamboing (crispy deep-fried sea bass, topped with young mango), cashew nuts, shallot and chilli dressing also looked very good. Probably one of the best Thai meals we have had. Reasonably priced so well worth a visit.

Well how lucky you folks in Burton on Trent are to have this amazing little gem.
The food is exceptional, the menu excellent selection, the presentation stunning, the service ''with a smile'' so friendly and courteous and value for money is amazing.
We called by chance and got in straight away ( it was an odd time) and could not believe what we had stumbled on!
Ive travelled the world Thai is my favourite and Ive been to many top restaurants in the UK - yet this has topped them all.
The building may not be fantastic but they have done their best and it is pleasant enough to eat in - even the tables are lovely and clean and don't have that sticky ''not cleaned properly'' feel to them.
if this was local to me I would go every day - i will certainly be finding an excuse to go back soon. Takeaway is also an option...
If you know anything about Thai, You wont be disappointed,

Marianna Frusciante, and her partner Paul Cookson, became the new proprietors of Pinocchio’s Italian Restaurant in 2005.This was somewhat of a homecoming, as Marianna’s father Antonio, had first opened and ran the restaurant for three years in the 1980’s. It was then known as 'Torino’s, in the former Bargates Shopping centre. Now pinocchios is serving up home cooked Italian food in friendly relaxed surroundings.
It’s always nice to find a family run restaurant where people are passionate about providing great customer service. The food is lovely and the restaurant clearly benefits from regular repeat customers and you can see why. Service is attentive but not fussy, portions are good and the food is high quality. We will definitely be visiting again.
