The staff were super friendly and catered to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the veal scallopini funghi I didn't even need to use my knife the veal just ripped a part it was absolutely perfectly cooked. My partner had the amatriciana gnocchi and he could not fault it, the sauce was just right and it had a nice bit of spice but it was not too hot. We also had the crumbed camembert with chilli plum sauce and that was absolutely divine. One of our favourite dishes when travelling Europe was crumbed camembert and it nearly gave that one a run for it's money! I went to Alfresco as it was my birthday the following day and the waitress brought over a piece of tiramisu and sung me happy birthday which I thought was so lovely and it really made my night. I just loved everything about this experience and I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. I can't wait to come back and try more things off the menu. Absolutely divine!

The smaller private room seats up to 8 and the larger up to 18.
Returned again, to a wonderfully special evening, it was an unusually slow evening. Waiters attentive, food exquistely executed, if the french manner. A restaurant of this style of french cooking is rare these days; keep up the great work.

Went here for lunch last week with the family to celebrate my birthday. The food is really good value and typically Japanese where it comes out on a little tray with the soup and salad. It's BYO wine too! There was a slight mix up with my order but it was quickly resolved.

Nice selection of pre-prepared hot and cold vegetarian dishes in a behind-the-counter servery. Deserts, ice-cream and drinks were delicious. Nice setting too. Only thing that prevented a 5-star rating was the service. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged upon arrival, asked how our meals were, or thanked for our custom when we left. The staff were friendly enough, just not attentive or well-trained. We felt like the staff were temporary backpacker employees in transit between Bryon Bay and Airlie Beach who didn’t have much buy-in to the business. If the service improves this place will be an absolute winner!

Two locations in Broadbeach and one in Surfers Paradise
Came here on our previous visit to the Goldy and loved it. Took some friends here and it is still a good place to eat with a great outdoor setting if you can disregard the traffic noise.

The food is good. The wine is very pricey but the food is very good. There are small bites choices, though they aren't cheap. The lamb was delicious....comes with a nice cole slaw. Had the caprese salad as well....very good, but small portion.

The Cuban Bar and Lounge is a relaxed a sophisticated restaurant / bar which gives you a glimpse into Cuba's golden age of glamour. Great mix of tapas and larger mains full of unique flavours to get the tastebuds going complimented with a wide selection of cocktails, amazing Cuban beer and our extensive rum list. A dining experience not to be missed!
We’ve never had Cuban cuisine before. We ordered the banquet so we could try many dishes. Everything was cooked very well and tasted great. I have to say though we can’t really tell the difference between Cuban and Italian / Mediterranean. The atmosphere is great, nice fitout, good live music, friendly and efficient staff. Worth going.

Came here while holidaying in Broadbeach on a recommendation from family. We were not disappointed. We had a booking which was just as well as the place was packed. One of the owners, who was very friendly, gave us excellent service. He explained the various things on the menu and the blackboard offers.
This was not a cheap restaurant but the food was delicious. There was quite an extensive drinks list with some of the wine being available by the glass at about $12-/150ml.
My partner and I chose an entree each to share - Bruschetta and Arancini Balls, both of which were extremely tasty and rather filling. We both had the veal with mushrooms and creamy sauce and vegetables as a main. They were also delicious and quite filling, so in hindsight, 1 entree to share would have been sufficient.
Along with a drink each and a coffee, we walked out somewhat poorer but sated.

We did the crowd source thing ourselves to see what Trip Advisor had as the #1 place on the GC, we were only staying around the corner, teeming rain from the tropical cyclone, but undeterred we ventured in.
Great idea.
We did breakfast before meetings.
I had an omelette, and I love omelettes, so this a staple.
OMG job - best omelette I have ever touched - simply stunning doesn't do this justice.
The better half had a breakfast bruschetta, which looked amazing, and from her plate being bone dry at the end, I'm pretty sure it tasted as good as it looked.
Really good coffee - Melbourne on the GC.
Well worth the visit - French influence is spectacular here.
Take the time to head to this one.
Enjoy
