I borrowed the title from one of Italian reviewers - RoadrunnerMarche. I fully agree. If you have an iron stomach - you can fill it for 3 days just for 6 EUR.
It's so strange for me - Bielsko Biala area is absolutely dominated by Italian business (Fiat and "post Fiat" and related automotive industry is like IMO 80% or so of local economy) and you can't find even one good pizzeria !!!
Hard to digest. It's so heavy - it's even not an American pizza. It's a Polish pizza ! have to drink 0,5l of 40% vodka to survive!
long queue, a long wait time.

My favorite restaurant on main pedestrian street in old Biala part of Bielsko-Biala. Through an old and long gate, you come into an amazing world of spring garden with defused light. Food is good and so is wine. My favorite is Tatar already perfectly mixed (raw ground sirloin with many other ingredients and spices - the ancient recipe left by 13th century Mongol invaders, Tatars) and herring in sour cream and black pepper.

Minibrewery and restaurant
-- Good variety of cheap and tasty homemade beer 8/10
-- Excellent service 10/10
-- Food; Silesian meat 'rolada' with dumplings and cabbage 7/10........ (Dumplings and cabbage were good, the meat loaf was bland), Cheesecake with hot cherries 8/10........... (fresh cake but a third of it was chocolate sponge cake which I don't usually like combined with cheesecake).

I've been there few times and I know this place used to be better. Unfortunately, right now, the food here is awful. My soup was cold while my friend's meat was obviously reheated. Hot outside, but cold inside. Overall, my experience here was awful.

In November 2014 we visited Bielsko-Biala Poland with our friends so that they could meet up with their son who is teaching English in the city.
Having had a good morning exploring the city, at lunchtime we were looking for somewhere out of the ordinary to have some drinks and just a snack. Cafe Bistro Oskar ticked all the boxes!
As you enter the place through what is a fairly narrow entrance, you are struck by the quirky atmosphere/interior of the place. For a start, there's a full size mannequin standing by the bar dressed in what could be described as Edwardian style clothing .It is somewhat dark inside with very limited lighting and the bar itself goes back into the building at different levels for what seems ages. The décor is simply intriguing; a mixture of quirky things, antique looking paraphernalia and soft furnishings. Definitely a step back to the past.
There are small discreet two seater berths dotted around in the bar area and Its the sort of place you would visit if you were looking for a relaxing, intimate get together.
We decided on a speciality of the house which was a form of pizza which was delicious. This was accompanied by local brewed beer and cocktails. Put together, they made for a very good snack.
The staff were excellent, service was quick and good.
It's the sort of place not to be missed, and you need to cross the threshold to get the experience!

A stylish interior, excellent and varied cuisine, and a beautiful Terrace are just some of the strengths of the Świętoszówka Manor. This is a combination of a traditional old Polish style with modern trends. It leaves the guests to choose from a wide range of cuisine: Bar Grill serves quick and inexpensive meals while the restaurant provides exquisite dishes and a wide selection of wines. There is convenient access to the restaurant, located along the S1 road between Cieszyn - Bielsko-Biala Manor Świętoszówka provide you with elegance, style and the highest level of service.
Unlike many restaurants next to highway, this one has potential to be one of the top ones even in downtown! Close to Bielsko-Biała on the way from Cieszyn, definitely worth stopping by. Great service, decent food, nice interior. You can also go self service :)

Nice restaurant at walking distance from Bielsko city center.
Huge variety of different meals. Possibly the menu is even too large.
Food was good: if you look for real Italian food, this is possibly the best choice around. Service also appreciated: nothing formal, but punctual and kind.

Being ignored at entry door was a bad sign, but we were hungry and decided to give a try.
After 10 minutes waiter brought menu... Took order two tomato soups and pizza capriciosa plus carpaccio
We got cheese coupe instead ;)
I kept one ;) I could hear from next table that they need to wait for one cheese soup ;) anyway my soup was ok. My friend got his tomato once I finished by cheese one ;)
Pizza came .... They forgot to mention that they are not using cotto Italian but cheap budget over salted ham like thing. My experience was ruined ;)
I also want to mention that they use outdoor patio heater inside.
Just perfect.

I was there with family few times and every time the food was very delicious. Maybe it is a bit to weird for kids but I find all the tastes there very interesting:) Beef Tatar is always very delicate (+ fresh bread;)) and tasty sups and main dish (fish) I had is very tasty and interesting. I love the design inside which I find as one of the most beautiful in this region.
Service on high level and prices.. well ... appropriate(?);)

It's an old cafe, known for serving very good ice creams. Located in the middle of downtown. The interior looks in 80's style. Be sure to try their wallnut cream desert.
