We booked the restaurant after Reading the Tripadvisor reviews. This was out first night in Holland and as it was a Saturday we wanted to make sure we were booked into somewhere recommended. We booked off the resuaturant website. This is a quality restaurant. We both had the weekly meny 29.5 euros. There was no choice but the food was exceptional. Water was also provided and liberally refilled. The bread was delicious and also refilled several times. The amuse bouche were lovely. The service was superb and I cannot think of any reason not to give this place 5 stars.

this is where I go to enjoy a few beers with colleagues. the staff is great, welcoming and friendly. Pretty good beer selection, and also some good food. Nachos are a nice share with your friends while sipping a good beer.

This is a pancake house that serves tasty pancakes in a friendly, family atmosphere. It's not posh and not particularly cheap but it is good fun. There is a wide range of pancakes to choose from.
Children were given place settings that could be coloured in with the crayons provided. Some simple intelligent games were also available to keep them occupied and their parents happy.
You'll not be hungry after a meal there!

Some of us had mustard soup and freshly baked bread which was very good. The caesar salad was very fresh and had plenty of chicken on it.

Staying at a hotel nearby and got sick of always eating at the hotel restaurant. Rented a bike and cycled here to take the monotony out of dinner. Wait staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.

Large airy restaurant and garden. Excellent menu choice. Try the spare ribs (they have an offer on so you can eat as much as you want). All dishes excellently cooked. Good competitive pricing. Also good selection of beers including local beers. Staff very helpful and sociable.

This place is somewhat remote from the city of Apeldoorn-NL. The atmosphere is homely and the staff is lovely. The menu is pretty standard, but the food is very nice. Especially for family dinners this is a place where all ages will feel right at home.

The quality of the food is always fine, and the value-for-money is also fine. If you're looking for something exotic, there are probably better choices. The restaurant inside is uninspiring but functional. The nicest thing about this place is that it has a large outside eating area with a pleasant view of the surrounding Forests.
In a nutshell: good food for a sensible price. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow.

Vlak Naast Paleis Het Loo
Whenever we visit The Netherlands this restaurant is always the absolute highlight of our stay. The food is wonderful with creative dishes prepared to a very, very high standard. The service is always excellent (particularly Lolke!) and it is hard to fault anything at all. It is right next to the Keizerskroon Hotel and Paleis Het Loo which makes a gastro tour very pleasant with many local places to visit. I am very, very surprised that this restaurant is not yet in the Michelin Red Guide as it deserves to be. We have often dined there with many friends, all of whom love it. If you are reserving a table in good weather ask for one on the outside Terrace.

Based on the good reviews here on Tripadvisor my wife and I made Reservations for dinner. We were early and were sat by the window. Noticeable was the staff rushing to open the door when they see (potential) patrons arriving: how thoughtful. I will not dwell too long on the excellent food quality and the attentive service staff. What struck me is that we dined here very well, had a three-course meal and a bottle of good wine for just 99 euro. We will most definitely come back as soon as we are in the area and can highly recommend this restaurant. Book well in advance because they are busy every night.
