Perfect afternoon tea for 27 of us for my 50th birthday. Food was gorgeous with all dietary requirements catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to all, especially to Sarah who dealt with all the arrangements for me. Everyone loved it!

Have been a few times and don't have a bad word to say. The food is always fresh, tasty and plentiful. The wine list is good and the bar well stocked.
It can feel like your crammed in due to the limited space but for me that just adds to the atmosphere.

WELCOME TO THE Beccles WINES VAULTS Beccles's friendliest Bar & Restaurant warmly invites you to eat, drink and relax in spectacular settings.Situated in the heart of Beccles, the restaurant covers three floors - down the remarkable cellars, ground floor bar and the first floor. The cellar can handsomely cater for private parties and functions. If you do not have the time to experience our great restaurant food then we offer a bar snack menu that can be eaten in the bar or the restaurant. Our traditional bar with its roaring log fire in the winter, deftly juggles drinking and dining with a couple of real ales, premium lagers such as Peroni, Kozel and Becks Vier, as well as Guinness and Aspall Suffolk cyder
I've eaten lunch and dinner here many times and never been disappointed! The food is always well cooked, portion sizes are fab and service is always pleasant. The menu isn't the biggest in Beccles, but the food produced here is always tasty and lots of ingredients are locally sourced. Would recommend booking here, especially on a Friday or Saturday night as they do get busy and tables go quickly. We can't wait to go again!

My family and I visit Spain each year and tend to stay for a few days fairly locally in the UK just before Christmas. This year was no different.
We have been to Beccles before and knew of another very well known Cafe not far from Baileys and were actually heading there, when we saw a sign in Baileys stating they sold Penny-bun Bread (Buy some, it is amazing) So in we went. And then stood in awe at the little Spanish emporium we had stepped into to! The unmistakable Spanish fare and smells surrounded us and that's it, we went no further!
We plumbed for the three course lunchtime menu knowing the Spanish preference to eat their main meal at lunch time. And upstairs to the restaurant we went. The food was utterly sublime. Easily the best I have enjoyed in a while. The chocolate fondant especially is an absolute delight.
Before we left, we shopped in the equally amazing Deli buying luscious brownies and duck Pate - not forgetting a load from the Penny Bun Bakery!
I shall one day return and shall make a beeline for Baileys!!!

After recommendation, I treated my parents to a night out. We all enjoyed our food, which was fair value and served with a smile.Shame about the coffee though. one would expect a restaurant to have a proper coffee machine not provide transport cafe coffee. However, we would recommend everything else.

Fabulous full English breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
Very accommodating, friendly staff, swapped some of the breakfast items for my partner on request.
Food came out quickly and was red hot, very spacious big dining area, good prices. Our second visit and we will definitely be back!
