We had dinner here and really enjoyed the food.
They have a large beer garden, but not great if you hate cigarette smoke as we do! There is plenty of indoor Seating too.
The prices are a bit higher than normal, but we all enjoyed our meals.
They didn't offer a .5 liter of Pils beer and don't take credit cards?

If you like family-run restaurants - don't miss it! Like mother cuisine. Giant portions. No tourists (except us ;)). Excellent value for money. Small and cozy. We were really satisfied.

This is a unique cafe and chocolate shop in the Altstadt of Bad Reichenhall. Lovely music playing and lots of comfortable outdoor Seating. You go in and choose your cake - very difficult choice as they are all wonderful. You are then given a ticket which you take back to your table and give to the waitress when you order your coffee. The cake comes beautifully served with a glass of water and a chocolate. We had a chocolate cake and a creamy yoghurt delicacy with fruit on top - both delicious!! After this treat we went into the shop which is full of chocolate - all shapes and sizes. Very tempting not to over buy!!
The two cakes and coffees came to 12:50 euros - worth every penny! The chocolates were all lovingly wrapped by the assistant and were a work of art - great or presents. Don't miss this lovely cafe - so well worth a visit

Excellent Greek restaurant. Ate dinner there and it was so good I came back the next night. Grilled calamari was very good, and portions were large -- you won't leave hungry. Service was generally good. The owner recognized me even though I had been there previously a couple of years ago. Next time I am back in Bad Reichenhall I will definitely return.

We ate at the Obermuhle twice during our stay in the neighboring village. It was recommended by a local and we were not disappointed. It has a wonderful atmosphere, great food (with most everything grown on site), and a very interesting and friendly old gent who was our waiter. If you are in or near Bad Reichenhall it is worth the effort to find this great restaurant.

On a weekend visit to Bad Reichenhall we chose this restaurant on two evenings - and we enjoyed both visits. There is a comprehensive menu, with an emphasis on local/traditional dishes; servings tend to be generous, and service was prompt and efficient. The menu is supplemented by daily specials, there is a good (and reasonably priced) wine list, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Reasonably priced, nice selection. Pizza was delicious as was pasta dish and assorted fish dish. Obviously popular as was very busy and not just with tourists.
They only accept Eurocards so make sure you have sufficient cash if, like us, you only have Visa or Mastercards.

All our guests will feel at home with us, to experience their own personal "enjoyment". Depending on the circumstances which they have brought to us, is relaxation and tranquility as well as adventure, fun and make friends on their wish list. And that is what we have planned: high level, but not high-priced and lifted hood kitchen. Not "formally" should be the Salin, but the whole "casual". Lunch daily changing small dishes with a twist, tasty cafe specialties, pastry kitchen, evening restaurant operation with large span. Every evening but our bar with cocktails in a can travel the world ... The possibility also to larger events take place here in the salt pans grounds can ... And ... And ... And ... Convince They themselves!
A lovely place where you can have a business meeting, lunch with friends or a family evening. Great atmosphere in a recently renovated building; Big spaces, nice lights. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had lunch and also dinner at Salin. For lunch they have very interesting menus, that I highly recommend. For dinner the menu is not too extensive but was enough for us, also the prices are higher.
All in all a nice experience, understandable pricing for restaurant type.
